Very disappointed in this cleaners. I was warned by a friend about this place. I thought what could really go wrong? Right before the holidays I took my favorite most expensive pair of black slacks in to have cleaned. THEYLOSTTHEM!!! No where to be found. Fishy! They asked if I wanted credit in the store for the amount the pants cost. Ummmm no! I want the money so I can replace the pants. Plus, I’m not going back there!!! Oh and it will take 4 – 6 weeks to get the check for the pants! 1 star because it wouldn’t let me post with out checking one. But this is how I mostly feel…

they damaged two of my husband’s sweaters when they washed instead of dry cleaned them. Instead of apologizing and giving me a cleaning credit for the cost of replacing the sweaters they said they came in that way. Now they lost my business. I use club cleaners right down the street and they are great.

This place is a joke they charge you in advance and they don’t even do the cleaning here on site they send it out so all they are is a middleman and they are very non-trustworthy… Rude and unprofessional. I will never do business here!!!

called several cleaners as I needed I item dry cleaned same day. does anyone still do that? 4 no’s. called this place at 9:30 and YES! didn’t even get there until almost 10a. no problem, see you after 4pm. 4:30 I show up and my item is waiting for me for a reasonable 4.75! when I dropped off at the nice drop off curb service a cool chick took my name and boom, I was gone in seconds! at pickup, at pretty girl zoomed out, got my name and grabbed my clean item. ok, it helps the place is full of cuties that are nice and parking isn’t the best so the curb service helps. I’ll have to be back. like cute chickies.

These guys seriously pissed me off… I had been going for about a year and they were doing ok. I had a pair of pants that I had taken to them for dry cleaning and they were returned without a zipper. I explained the problem on my next visit and specifically instructed them to fix the pants that they broke or toss em if they were gonna charge me. They fixed the pants and charged me $ 15, which I unfortunately didn’t notice until after they swiped my credit card. What pissed me off the most was the incapability of owning the error. I explained that i wear my pants at work, take them off(via the use of a zipper), put them in my hamper, then bring the hamper to the cleaners. When I unwrapped the pants after they were cleaned, the zipper was gone. While I guess it is a small possibility that the zipper fell off in transit or I worked the whole day without a zipper and just didn’t notice my ding a ling hanging out, all evidence points to it being their error.
