Robertitos Taco Shop

I will never come here again. I live in the downtown Clovis area and there’s isn’t much open 24hrs. So I’ve tried this place about 4 times having high hopes every time and EVERY TIME I’ve gone here either the order was wrong or the food wasn’t fresh. Will not spend another dime here! 18 $ for soggy nachos and a watery burrito! Also rude employees! Don’t waste your time coming here!

Very bad service!
I asked for 2 tabs in the drive thru and the male employee told me they can’t do that. So I almost had to drive through again when second employee woman told me she can take my other order but only at the window. While getting my second tab in I could hear the male employee cussing in Spanish about b**** white people could suck his d***. Very rude I’m not white but very racist I did not appreciate hearing that. Also I could see the female employee getting upset when I asked for extra hot sauce she gave 4 total for 2 burritos and 2 asada fries she said UMM THOUGHS COST MONEY I’M NOT GIVING YOU MORE. I was just shocked to see her not trying use customer service to make her shop money I just said give me 4 more idc how much here’s my card. VERY RUDE NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION

Horrible customer service, they have a 24hr open sign blinking in the front and I showed my phone to the cashier and it says 2:55. The cashier said that the cook said that they close at 3. It wasn’t even 3 yet. Like really? This against company policy. I live down the street from this so called restaurant and they’ve never closed early. I guess my business isn’t good here. I will never bring them my business or recommend them to anyone. Would give them zero stars! Horrible customer service comes from horrible management. The customer service is horrible and so it the food!
Ps: I’ve had a friend who has worked at this location and she told me that the cook doesn’t wash his hands and indeed does smoke in the back when cooking food! If you’re looking for horrible service and horrible tasting food, congratulations you’ve found the jack pot of restaurants!

Gross! I had ordered a nacho with just chili Verde and nothing else… they added salsa and onions. and I specificly said no onions. And then my husband ordered a carna asda burrito and it didn’t have nothing in there but just meat. When i called, they said to bring food and no refunds… poor customer service and food was a heart attack waiting to happened!

Since they open they never have large straw that’s quality of restaurant I paid $ 3 for regular drink and they don’t have large straw Not coming to this place again

The food is relatively delicious but their service is horrible. I’ve had several different employees be rude on different occasions. They act as if they are doing me a favor by taking my order. Some of the worst service for local taco shops.

just went thru drive thru and i ordered a breakfast burrito and a power burrito we were un-​satisfied my power burrito was cold meat and all… my friends burrito was all dry and bacon burnt no bueno … at all for the price they charge u would think it would b fresh and hot nope ‚… never gonna eat there again

Went thru the drive thru this morning around 11. Only 1 car ahead of me. Young man at the window was prompt, pleasant & polite. My Breakfast Burrito with extra bacon was delicious. Had a hard time saving half for tomorrow like I’d planned.
Previous trips here have proven that the tacos & tostadas are also good yet not too expensive.

First thing so noticed that all the tables were dirty and no one was in here. The employees were talking in the back. Should have been a sign. I ordered the breakfast burrito and it is completely bland. No flavor at all. I had to fight with a fly for it the first couple bites then called it quits. The potatoes we obviously frozen. I would no recommend this place.

I would say at one point in time they were my fav… A different location but the same owner… That was over 5 years ago, now they have become overpriced and the food is not as tastie… They don’t carry fresh grilled jalapeño and if your Mexican than you can understand how frustrating that is… I don’t care much for them but if your desperate they are open late

I usually reserve my Unilocal reviews for the amazing meals I get to enjoy. Well, my wife and I have had so many bad experiences with this Robertitos location that I had to warn everyone. Needless to say we will never be back, I would rather go to Taco Bell.
The employees in the drive-​thru have always given us a hard time about how many salsas we request. Well today they took it to another level. They told us they would give us two tablespoon salsa containers per burrito or we could park and come inside to pour our own salsa… really? I spend $ 25 on fast food and you tell me to park and come inside to pour my own salsa… customer service at its best.

Service was awful. «The boss» was incompetent. Understaffed. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable, very hot, full of flys. Just go through the drive thru the food was ok I guess.

This place is a joke, i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The service sucks and tons of flies, and the Boss acts like a little kid. The food is ok

Good burritos, their carne asada tastes great and can’t go wrong with their rice. This place is close to home so I frequently eat here. Don’t understand where all the negative reviews are coming from since I have a positive experience every time I pick up food.

Had a bad experience. I was looking at the menu and 2 cars pull up behind me, they weren’t waiting long. Right when I was about to ask a question the lady says «just to let you know you have people waiting» pretty rude so I basically ordered something I didn’t want and when I got home the tacos didn’t even have enough meat!

Had a horrible experience today! Been through once before with no issues… but today… today was not a good day! I ordered asada nachos minus this minus that. I saw my receipt it read as I ordered. They’re nachos I didn’t think to open them as I drove away… I know I’d make a mess! When I reached my destination what do you know… a whole heap of crap I didn’t order! At least they got the asada right! Then I call to complain and possibly come back through a few days later for replacement. Nope it’s basically now or never! The girl said come back before 10 «I’ll remember you. If not there’s nothing I can do.» WOW! Excellent customer service! I mean excellent! Do I really want the same people who couldn’t get it right the first time trying again… do I really need two giant nachos in one day!!? WOW! Must be the area because the fosters across the street sucks too! I read a few reviews for robertitos and none of them were good and all pretty much said the same thing.

when this place first open, it was my favorite robertito. the asada here is a little different and much better than others for me. i would come here often. after the first year, this place has gone down to shit.
this place is a joke now.
i would get different sort of things in my burrito. i don’t know if they have left over on the side and just shove it in there just so they don’t waste anything or what. its just horrible.
the asada fries used to be amazing. now sometimes my asada would be cold as hell or my beans are cold or my fries of dead black.
my old lady was craving so badly one night we drop by just because we live close by, she decided to try the asada nachos. everything was cold, it was just plain nasty shit.
aint coming here ever again.

Well this was interesting
I was in the area for some other business and was looking for a place to grab something to eat in the morning. I choose this one as I have not been here for awhile. I walking in and no employees were up in front. I stayed a few mins thinking they would be alerted by the front doors opening but no go.
I left and went to Rodeo Coffee Shop instead. Got my usual over there… excellent.

Five stars for tasty tacos.
Minus one star for having the slowest drive thru I’ve experienced even though there were hardly any customers.
Minus one star for giving me four red sauces instead of the four green sauces I asked for. Plus one star for possible color blindness; want to give them the benefit of the doubt.
Minus one star for giving me one shredded beef taco and one chicken taco when I ordered two chicken tacos. I’m pretty sure there’s no chicken-​beef color blindness; no bonus excuse points here.
Minus one star for Mr. Robertito not paying enough to get decent employees. When two a la carte tacos cost $ 6 you can afford to pay better wages.
The tacos are good. I’ll probably be back. But not if I see ANY line. And not without checking my order before leaving.

Pretty decent. Small. Open 24 hours. Good food. Sometimes bad customer service. I ordered a plate that was made incorrectly. I brought it back and had them remake it. They remade it wrong again. 1^st it was no lettuce, then it was no beans. So anyways, after the second time coming back, upon hearing the order was incorrect again, the cook takes the styrofoam container my food was in, fires it in to the trash can, like he’s spiking a football, and screams «tu madre»! I don’t know what that means but I’ve been told its something along the lines of fuck your mother. Not really what you should be doing.
