Sterling Carpet Cleaning

I live in an apartment that is not easily accessible but they knew just how to do it! My carpets and couch looks great!!! I’m so pleased with them and they are super nice!!! Greatly priced too!

I am a Realtor and I called Sterling Carpet Cleaning in a pinch. They were prompt, reasonable and did a great job. A month later I needed my carpets cleaned so of course I called them. I have light carpet and it is probably 10 years old. I couldn’t believe what a great job they did! That weekend I had a graduation party in my home for my daughter. Green smoothy spilled right in the middle of my room. I tried soda water and it didn’t make a budge on the stain. I called Tod and he came over Monday promptly for his spot cleaning service. I honestly wasn’t expecting it to come out. He spent an hour and believe it or not he was able to get the stain out. I am suppose to keep an eye on it the next few days. If it comes back at all he said he would come out again since sometimes things like this may need a 2^nd treatment. I rarely write reviews but with this quality service I felt the need to.

I called Sterlings Carpet Cleaning in a frantic becuase my little one spilled bright red nail polish all over my light carpet. Tod came out right away away and was so kind. He worked hard on the stain and he was able to get it out. It looks like it never happened and it was such a fair price! I would definitely recommend Sterlings to anyone.

I have to say that they are great in town, but not perfect, I just got my aggregate floor cleaned and sealed, some spot still not clean yet, I though the guy will go throw it again, until I come back after 3 hours (leave for sealing) I saw the same as I left, and the corner still dirty，but will give them another try.

Very terrible service! I went with Sterling because of the reviews & I loved all the reviews & was very convinced that this was a good company to go with. I was very wrong I had a bad experience with them. We had an appointment & they got here more than 30 mins late & when I called Todd tells me «Oh the guy stopped to put gas & there’s heavy traffic» I was patient & said ok that’s fine. Then the guy arrives & he seems to be rushed. Well when he finished he charges me & I give him the money & was expecting $ 10 in change back while I’m inspecting the carpet I come back out & he’s gone!!! I understand some people give tips & believe arriving late not being friendly & rushing! Did he deserve a tip? NO! I called the guy Todd & spoke to him & he said «well they don’t carry change & he probably took it as if you were tipping him» I was like really! He could have explained that he didn’t have change. & all the manager said is «I can send you your $ 10 in the mail» that set me off because he said it with no empathy no care in the world like it was whatever to lose a customer. So please be aware I would put 0 stars if I could I do not recommend this company!

We got the keys to our new home and desperately needed the carpets cleaned before we moved in. I got in touch with them after 7pm and they were at my home the next morning. They did an amazing job and I will certainly be calling them again!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE… First off, they were 30min late which is not a big deal until you hear the rest. They quoted a price on the phone then when they showed up and saw that it’s a nice upscale home they almost doubled the price (I hate that scam). We spoke on the phone to who I assume is the owner and they came down a little (still was 50% higher than original quote). After thinking it over for about 5min I decided I needed it done asap as I only live there part time for work and wasn’t going to be there for a while, so I walk outside to tell the guy and he drives off as I walk out. I call the owner back and say fine we will do it. He said the guy is behind schedule and going to another call! I say what??? He just drove off and he’s scheduled to be here for a couple hours? He said «he’s late and needs to get to another call». I said it’s been 5 minutes since he got here??? and the guy showed up 30 minutes late!!! He said I will have to reschedule. I explained I don’t live there full time and can’t reschedule. He didn’t seem to care. It was a complete mess for me and my schedule to get this done. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. Bad part for the owner is I have friends in this town with over 100 rental homes I could have referred them to if they were good! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING IN BUSINESS. THESE GUYS HAVE ZERO. DONT USE THEM!

Absolutely fantastic… Our rental home was damaged beyond the imagination and after Todd and his crew were finished, we were amazed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company

Yup, they did a good job. The staff that showed up were very professional and made me feel comfortable (some other carpet cleaning places the staff have given me the heeby geebies). Very through and carpet came out looking great!

I chose Sterling after reading the other reviews so I had high expectations. They lived up to them all. On time arrival, great attention to detail, got the carpet edges clean that the «other guys» missed, found and cleaned the pet spots we didn’t even see, and it all looks great! Will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Just had all my upstairs rooms cleaned today and they look brand new for being 6 years old. I never thought my stairs could look so good! Wow!!! Tod is the best. Found him using Angie’s List and I’m not disappointed. He is the epitome of «under promise and over deliver». Our property was going on the market and it needed some cleaning up. I got a few competing quotes and decided to go with his company; I see I made a very wise decision. Before his magic, my realtor was not impressed and wanted to put it on the low end of market comps. After hiring Tod, the realtor returned and said, «Holy smokes! The house looks awesome.» and proceeded to pickup her jaw off the ground. List price was adjusted higher and on the first day on the market, we got an offer at the list price.
Tod was really great throughout the process. We live a few hours away from the property and trusted his team to do the work they promised. We were in constant communication via phone/​text and he always answered. When I inspected the property, all was in order; interior cleaning/​painting was done and front/​rear lawn cleaned up with some extra touches. He even added new latches to the side gates; I didn’t even ask him to do that! Overall, great job by Tod. I would definitely hire him again or recommend him.

Tod and his crew at Sterling clean the carpets and floors where I work and do an exceptional job. On a Sunday evening I sent my information to Sterling via their website and Tod called me first thing Monday morning. Later that day, they came out to measure the rooms we wanted cleaned and one to have the carpet re-​stretched. Within a half hour after leaving, Tod sent me a quote for all three rooms and the carpet stretching which was an excellent price. They were back in two days and completed everything. The carpets look like new and the re-​stretched carpet looks great! We will use them again.

After consulting Unilocal to locate a carpet cleaner, I read the reviews and decided to call Sterling. They worked us in just 3 days after calling. They were prompt and courteous. They got right to work and did a fabulous job of cleaning our carpeting. They even cleaned one of our Oriental rugs, making it look like new. We have indoor dogs, so it was not an easy task cleaning up their body oils, accident areas and dirty footprints, but they did what seemed to be impossible.
If anyone asks for a carpet cleaning recommendation, I will definitely tell them about Sterling. I will also be scheduling future cleanings with them in the future.

Sterling Carpets is the best carpet cleaners around. We have light colored carpets that were very stained when we bought our house. Once they were cleaned, they looked practically new. If you are looking for quality cleaning, professional and well priced, call Sterling carpets!

I had a Living Social deal with them. They came in and were quick, courteous and did a good job. They put wall guards up on every corner the hose would hit so it didn’t damage the walls, which was a great added bonus. The carpets look great, although there were a couple of spots that I think could have used extra attention, but it’s an old carpet, so it was probably pretty hopeless anyway. Overall, very happy.

This company was highly responsible. They were always on time, very personable, and did an outstanding job with all of my carpets. The owner explained every part of the job, and the price was right. No more pet stains and odors!
