Worst customer service! Ruben was the worst person to be placed as someone who interacts with the public. The overall vibe is that you are inconveniencing them but boy do they perk up when one of their friends comes in. We called a day in advance for a part and was told there were 3 in stock and was even told we could get the part for a competitor’s price of $ 75 but upon talking to Ruben not only did we not get the quoted price but he wanted to charge $ 125 and after reluctantly willing to pay that amount we waited for about 15 minutes just for him to come back and say he doesn’t know where the part is and someone probably broke into his property the night before and taken them; likely story. Had we known all this information, which is why we did our research and called in advance, we would have avoided the 40 minute drive and gone elsewhere which is what everyone looking up this business should do. Not worth the hassle and ultimate waste of time!!!

This place is bye far the worse junk yard i ever seen and they have the worse customer service there rud don’t know how to talk to you calls you lier bye far the worse place I have nothing good to say about this wanna be junk yard

I called Ruben for a part earlier today. He said he had it and would double check and get back to me. 6 hours later when I called him back he said he didn’t have the part. When I asked why he couldn’t/wouldn’t/didn’t call me back… he said he didn’t have the time and hung up on me. Keep doing business like this Ruben and you will have nothing but time. Very disappointed as I have used them several time over the years.

We just called and asked for a mustang emblem for our 2006 mustang. All we needed was the actual horse, not the whole grille. He gave us a price on the grill, and the horse. When we told him all we wanted was the horse, he changed his mind and said we cant have it without buying the grille too. So he denied us the sale because he would rather be greedy! And apparently indecisive! Bad business habits! Im sorry, I thought this was a JUNK YARD!!! :???
