History

Established in 2015.

Before Anthem Mechanical incorporated we were part of Pacific Concrete Inc. and Regency Homes. We built hundreds of homes throughout the Coachella Valley and focused on efficiency, comfort and value. Anthem Mechanical was founded to focus on these same ideals and values with the emphasis on the homes biggest energy appliance, the Air Conditioning system and a solar system that is design right for each homes demand. By working with Regency Homes, Anthem Mechanical can expand beyond AC and solar and help homes energy and comfort design through window, insulation, air-​sealing, pool equipment and other aspects of the home.

Michael has been born and raised in the Coachella Valley. His family has been building homes since the 1980’s. Considered the best value builders in the Coachella Valley, Regency Homes always gives the homeowners the most value for their money. Michael has gone to start Anthem Mechanical with the same values that his family carried with Regency Homes. His team is looking to give the customers the best value for their hard earned money.
