History

Established in 1997.

This business was started as Sams Pizza in 1997. One of the Raciti brothers named Chris generated droves of loyal customers with his handspun pizzas. Chris was the only cook and patrons knew they were getting a great pie everytime. His Brother Danny bought him out after ten years and changed the name to a version of their own to Rachettis. Rachettis features a full restaurant menu and has sinced moved it’s location from the small carryout on Division to the 80 seat restaurant on Broadway. They have carried on the tradition of hand spun pies as well as using 3 and 4 generation old recipes. Danny and his wife Judy are now in their 5th year of business, 1st as a full fledged restaurant. They are looking to add more locations to the local area and beyond. Ask for them, they can be found talking to local patrons and friends often during the course of business hours.
