I have high hopes for this KFC, which also houses a TACO BELL. Recently purchased by a local business owner who also owns the BAJA FRESH on Jayne Ave. & I-​5 (which is FANTASTIC, BTW) I am giving time to make changes. I can see a change in the employee attitudes already. Previously franchise claimed they wouldn’t consider many items for either restaurant. New owner is not only open to, but welcomes ideas and suggestions. I understand the concept of franchises, but this is a small town, so it’s not like we can go elsewhere and get the item. I believe this owner understands that as well, and knews that is what brings the customers in the door.
