J Gallagher Septic & Waste Water Control

Called with a few questions about a septic holding tank on a property I was interested in. I spoke with a nice lady named Robin, and after talking to her I feel like a professional in septic systems. She was very informative!

On our first call the office fit our emergency into the end of the field rep’s day who didn’t even charge for stopping by to assess «while heading home» away from the area and later calling that evening to apprise remote landlord that the tenant was wrong & why there was no emergency the rep worked w/​the tenant there to explain and later the landlord how HONESTLY NOTHING NEEDED!
When West Chester Borough later demanded unnecessary service, Gallagher made SECOND no charge service call, for more detailed assessment & preparation for PRECISELY & CONSERVATIVELY exactly what would be needed for the difficult country location when severe winter weather hardened ground & tricky terrain would permit within the govt deadline, requiring several more communications.
Then on their THIRD service call, which they fit in as soon as weather permitted, the well predetermined service was performed without further ado and the paperwork required by the govt provided.
Then and only then did Gallagher FINALLY get paid their more than a fair standard price, after 3 service calls and a number of phone & mail communications; and can you believe they even insisted on senior or Angie’s List discount though we demurred? Is this practicing Jesus’ «Golden Rule» to «Treat others as you want to be treated» or what?! Can’t say enough good things about Gallagher’s people and service. There’s still an America, folks :)
