Since 1978 we are an independent franchise engaged in the cleaning of

Carpets, furniture (including leather) & ceramic tile and grout. Our patented foam absorption system leaves your furnishings clean and ready to use in a few hours. We also perform many kinds of deodorization, duct cleaning and flood and smoke restoration.

Duraclean is a member of the BBB and the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce.

History

Established in 1978.

Duraclean Fabric Specialsts has served Sullivan and parts of Ulster counties over the last 35 years. We were awarded a «Franny» by the International Franchise Association for the advancement of the free enterprise system.

Our company also served on several committees in the Duraclean International franchise system. We trained and helped promote new Duraclean franchises in New York and northeast PA.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

My son Craig and I own this Duraclean franchise. Prior to becoming a franchise owner I was employed by Western Electric and RCA as a buyer. I am a graduate of Brooklyn Prep high school and hold a BS degree from St John’s University of NY.

Craig has been part of this business since finishing school. He is a graduate of Dellaware Valley Central School and Sullivan County Community College.

Together we have over 55 years experience in the cleaning and restoration business.
