Oregon Ridge Academy of Music offers piano lessons to students of all ages and levels. We offer the highest quality of teaching so that beginning students achieve a firm foundation in music, intermediate students are inspired to find their niche, and advanced students can excel at the highest level. From a solid foundation we encourage students to explore different styles of music, from classical to jazz to rock. Our lessons accommodate the busy adult student as well as the younger child, always supporting each student on his or her own unique musical journey.

Meet the Business Owner

William Z.

Business Owner

William earned his Bachelors and Masters degree in piano performance at the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University in the studio of Leon Fleisher. He started teaching very early in his own musical training and discovered a passion for the art of teaching, developing and growing and learning this art over the past 37 years. While at Peabody he also discovered a passion for the art of dance, and continues to study flamenco dance. When not teaching, performing or dancing William is also a licensed acupuncturist.
