Wow what a Reuben!!! Mike is the greatest and did I mention the breakfast! Be prepared to wait a little at lunch time it is a busy small place. Chicken salad is yummy too and French fries are just real potatoes fried and served hot! Everyone give him a try

Tried this place 3 times. They’ve been closed every time.
Really? 2PM on a Friday.
Pretty sure 90% of their business comes from the fact that they’re in a large office building.
We won’t be back.

We were tired and hungry for a late lunch when we decided to stop at Beachside Grill and Deli. We had a little bit of a time finding it (it’s on the back side of the building) but it was certainly worth the effort.
I assume it was Mike who served us and it was a pleasure to meet someone who apparently loves his business and knows the secrets to keeping his customers happy and coming back for more.
Our lunch special sandwiches were some of the best that we have had anywhere; I enjoyed every bite of my super-​fresh tuna salad on rye. As another reviewer mentioned– we were treated to popsicles after our lunch– I wish I knew where to get more of this particular brand because they were (I am guessing) some sort of a mango smoothie blend that was very tasty and refreshing.
Mike was also very helpful with local information about the best route to the nearby park and beach.
We only get to Florida a few days out of each year but you can bet that when we are in the area again we will make a point to stop at Beachside Grill and Deli for a handful of deliciousness.
Summary: Large selection, good food, friendly service, helpful owner. It’s all good!

Great food, great price. Fresh made and good quality. Kinda small and out of the way, but that makes it nice. He was out of a few items, which was no problem and we didn’t complain, but he still gave us extra food to make up for not having what we wanted. Popsicles after, made the lunch.

It’s rare in this day th of find a place like this. It is a locals place with great food and service and lively conversation. I had the omelet with some of the best home fries I’ve ever eaten. I will be back tomorrow to try the Ruben for lunch. I hear it’s the best.

We love to eat and drink like locals… This little joint is a gem!!! Small little breakfast café and deli with excellent food, friendly owner, and affordable prices! It’s tucked away on the backside of the building… Worth finding! Our new favorite breakfast spot when we’re in town. Try it!

As described. Reasonable food for a reasonable price. We had breakfast. Good coffee. Friendly service. A little difficult to find. If you turn on Royal Way, it is located at the back of the building on the left. Our first visit. Saturday breakfast had some «regulars». :)

Just left, decided to try it out after reading the reviews. It was exactly what people have been saying. Small little dive deli. Good food, super friendly owner! If we lived in the area we would definitely be regulars. We will be back next year!

Okay, I LOVED this place. A little hole in the wall, four table deli owned and run by an awesome guy by the name of «Mike».
It’s The kind of place where you get a free shot of Cuban espresso when you walk in the door and are told that all the creamer and everything else is in the fridge and to «help yourself». The cost of our meal of two big breakfasts, two sodas (one from a can) and coffee was like $ 9.50. Yeah, a dollar more than my bottle of water and small yogurt at the airport the day before. This is the world I’d like to live in. Yes, Mike got a big tip.

Excellent service. Great place for a quick breakfast. We will be back again. Kids and adults enjoyed our Popsicles after breakfast.

Kind of difficult to find but worth the search. Owner was extremely friendly and sat down and talked with us for awhile. Sandwiches were very good and fresh. Will certainly return.

Great lunch spot with a really friendly owner. My cuban sandwich was great, especially the bread and the horseradish mustard. My wife’s BLT was spot on. We initially said no to the kids’ requests for chicken fingers since its all they ever want to eat, but agreed when we were told they were freshly made, not frozen. Kids loved them. Everyone had a popsicle to finish it off. Definitely check it out if you’re looking for a good lunch.

We decided to try this place out based on trip advisor recommendations. We wanted something quick and cheap. The owner was super friendly and customized our order to our liking. The grilled Cajun chicken sandwich was very good! Nice and juicy. The macaroni salad was from the store so I wasn’t crazy about that. The location is bit hard to find Bc they are located behind a building. If you’re looking for a cheap bite to eat then I recommend this place. The owner made the experience really pleasurable!

Owner is really great. Good prices and GREAT service. We got chips, a drink (bottled or a soft drink), our main course, and popsicles for the menu price. Would definitely go back.

Stopped at the beachside grill today for breakfast on the advice of a friend. This is a small deli restaurant which may be small in size but is big in good food and service.
I met Mike, the owner who was extremely friendly. I had a delicious sun dried tomato wrap which contained eggs, cheese sausage and potatoes. My brother had bacon, eggs and potatoes and his breakfast was equally as good. The price was very reasonable for the area and the food quality was great as well.
I will be in town for two more weeks and will definitely visit Mike for breakfast several more times!!!

The owner is so friendly and accommodating! Then we got our food– delicious! This guy brought us our food and then watched and ran us some Popsicles as soon as we were done eating. It was a wonderful experience– definitely would come back!

This place was awesome. My boyfriend and I got chicken salad sandwiches on spinach wraps. each sandwich came with a bag of chips and a soda or water. We also for free Popsicles when we checked out with was totally awesome!
