For a chain restaurant I don’t think you could go wrong with ihop. Food was good, service was good. Great menu always changing. The location was a little out dated with the deco so it seemed really old and the temperature was kinda warm inside.

This ihop location is very quick. Service is good and foods is typical of all ihop locations. For those looking to sit in a restaurant for breakfast, but don’t want to wait, this is a good option. This ihop is VERY quick! We went on a very busy Saturday morning and were in and out in less than an hour.

Had a great experience with the service with this ihop tonight. Denver was our server and was awesome but the whole place was very inviting, friendly and well trained staff compared to some of the ihop restaurants we have visited.

Food is as expected in any other IHOP and good service is the thing that stands out in this location. Despite being a very busy morning, everybody was smiling, corteous and fast.

There aren’t a lot of breakfast restaurants in the Cocoa Beach area so we decided to stop at this IHOP since we had some time to kill before checking in for our cruise. It was busy so there was a wait but not too bad. The service was good. The food is what you would expect at an IHOP. I had a hair in my food. The server was apologetic and took it off the check, no questions asked. The service was good but we will probably find an another restaurant next time we’re in that area.

Can’t go wrong with all day breakfast, my coffee cup never saw empty, the wait staff was very friendly and attentive. One of the most friendly places we’ve eaten at in Cocoa Beach.

Ordered omlettes without onions. Both orders had onions. Ham was hard as a rock. Manager was very nasty and rude

Awesome! The food is what you would expect from any Ihop; nicely done. Now, here’s what’s different about THIS Ihop. The service. Karen and Vicky work as a serving team, what an awesome team they are. You see, we recently came off a Royal Caribbean Cruise. You’d expect awesome service there right? Well it was ok But the service at this Ihop was much better. I highly recommend it. M

Horrible service from management. It was 7:30 pm & the place was less 25% full. The wife & I waited 45 mins for my wife’s eggs. I got my toast and still waiting for the rest of my order. Then the waiter came and asked«what did u order? » Realty, then my order came wrong ! The eggs over medium came Burt! I’m not making this up. The manager would not even come address this with me, because he was busy help cooking. But they did take my meal off the bill. LOL

Our waiter, Courtney, was so attentive a a wonderful. He was pleasant and a real joy to have waiting on us. He went overboard on graciousness. The food was good and it was quiet when we ate(evening). It was nice.

Me and my wife are from the Atlanta area. We visit IHOP locations all the time and it was surprising to me this location is still dated. We came into the area for one night, since we were leaving on a cruise the next morning. My thinking when we pulled up to her favorite spot was, man they need to upgrade the place. However; still willing to give this a chance being that we are in another market, we entered. Upon entering, we were greeted and seated promptly. It amazed me the inside was old, you walked past the kitchen, like an old-fashioned dinner, and it was quite empty for 4 pm. Our server was nice. We ordered new items on the menu, I asked for turkey sausage and they were out, the hash browns were burnt, the server didn’t make sure we had the extra condiments on the table. We had to track her down for drink refills, napkins, ketchup — you get the idea. At the end of our meal, I made a small suggestion about preparation and the manager came to see if we enjoyed things. I was like man, guess we should have paid and left.

I have to admit I was an IHOP fan until I visited this IHOP. It’s small, super crowded and noisey. The food what I would expect from an IHOP.

Don’t be scared if you come in and there is a wait line. This staff hustles and provides exceptional customer service I have rarely seen at a chain. You will get in and out fast but with great southern customer service! Wait line goes super fast! Well done!

Yuck. We usually love IHOP but this place is dingy, dirty and the food was terrible. I am assuming they would all follow the same standard but I guess I was wrong. The only positive thing I will say here is the staff was nice. I ordered a regular hamburger and onion rings. The lettuce was slimy, the tomato was yellow and the onion was shriveled and dry. My glass was dirty and the carpet needed vacuuming in the worst way. I told my husband we should have known not to go to a place where the parking lot is empty. Skip it.

Was hungry for some IHOP today, it is my first visit to this location since I was doing some errands in the area. Went in and a table immediately, told the waitress my drink order and started looking at the menu. When she returned with the drinks, she asked if I was ready to order, told her I needed more time. As I was preparing my coffee and looking over the menu she returned, asking if I was ready to order. Once again I told her not yet. Approximately a few more minutes goes by and again she returns asking if for my order.(I felt like I was looking at cars on a used car lot… let me decide and close my menu to give you an indication that I was ready to order… know how to read your customers). So, I finally placed my order(Big Steak Omelette, minus the onions), after a few minutes… my food arrived. I ate the side of pancakes first. Then I started to eat the omelette when I noticed they where no green peppers in the omelette. I asked them for no onions, but they didn’t put the peppers in, so it is just hash browns and cheese on the inside. The steak was placed on top, after a couple of bites I noticed the steak just didn’t taste right. The steak wasn’t cooked throughly and the quality of the meat was not good. I stopped eating and told the waitress. The one positive thing she did was to try to please the customer by offering to redo it or provide another dish. I told her no, that I wasn’t feeling well, said she’ll remove it from the bill.(I know better not to return food in a place like this… didn’t want to get more sick, because some cook got his feelings hurt when I returned his mess) Then the Manager came over, asked some questions and apologized. Then waitress, brought the bill and I notice a bit of an attitude. When I paid the bill with cash, she didn’t give my change from the register, but from her change purse(seemed kind of odd). Then she didn’t have enough change, went to the back, returned a few minutes later with $ 4 and my receipt… but hold on… my change should’ve been $ 14.40. I had wait until she returned, since she dropped it on the counter and walked a away on the phone! When she returned I told her the discrepancy and then she told she didn’t have a $ 10 bill, but she actually did and had to point it out to her. Unbelievable this place is a joke… should have read the reviews prior to walking in here!

On 10÷18÷14 @ 8:00pm My husband and I stopped by for a bite to eat because he loves ihop! Usually the service is ok, but on unfortunately, we had a waitress last night who was a complete and totally unprofessional, racist, low class woman. I didn’t get her name, but she was rude and loud with me after I corrected her tone with my husband who is white male with an accent. She proceeded with her disrespect by saying at the tale end of taking our order ‚” OK, DOYOUHEREME, ANDHOWABOUTYOU, DOYOUHEARME”. This is the moment she set me off, because I am not a child, and my husband is not stupid, I replied, «YOUARENOTTALKINGTOME, YOUTALKTOHIM, HEISMAKINGTHEORDER, HEISGOINGTOPAY». She started to shout walking throughout the restaurant at me, and drawing attention to my husband and eye,(we are an interracial couple, me at the moment the only black person in the restaurant). My husband calmed me down before it got out of hand, and reminded me that that we are in ihop, LOWCLASSPEOPLEWORKHERE! DRUGADDICTED, ANDTHEYPAYVERYLOWWAGESTOTHEM, THATWELEAVEANDAREGOINGHOMETO A PEACEFUL, LOVINGLIFE,(PITYONHER) This lady had very strong forceful, negative emotions/energy on her. My biggest concern is the fact that out of all the people who are jobless? why hire people like this who suffer from PTSD? OR other mental disorders? Americans have fallen off the deep end and are so very easily angered of things that don’t matter in life? My husband and I had been craving waffles for DAYS — the waffle iron at the house we were staying at was so old that the plug wasn’t polarized and the entire thing was made of metal and would get blisteringly hot. Frozen waffles were out of the question. We rode bikes to iHop, where we were greeted with a «Hey baby, how ya’ll doin?» from a nice, classic diner waitress. We ordered Chicken & Waffles(fried chicken strips and a side of Belgian waffle) and a Belgian waffle with strawberries, bananas and whipped cream. It took longer than we expected for our food to come out, but the waitresses were attentive and kept our waters filled. When the waffles came out we could smell the delicious vanilla-y aroma right away. With my first bite I could tell they were exactly what I was hoping for — light and crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside. YUM. While I’m not exactly sure what the best way to eat chicken & waffles is, my preferred method was dipping the chicken tender in honey mustard, then placing it on the buttered and syruped waffle, and eating it all at once. This is what America is all about. Minus one star for keeping the place so cold that condensation was literally dripping off of the windows outside, and the slowness of the food — but the food itself was very satisfying, the waitresses were nice and attentive, and with tip our meal came out to just about $ 20. Good place for a quick waffle fix in Cocoa Beach.
