Love my Q60 coupe!!! Great buying experience! I felt very comfortable and was treated very kind. The dealership is very welcoming with fresh roses at the front desk and around the customer waiting area. I lost count of how many times I was addressed by passing employees that said hello and welcome. Truly the place to buy your next car if you want to be treated great and feel good about your purchase. Great Job!

Louis Sommella internet sales manager must think we consumers are stupid the price was good on the internet I’ll give her that, but they add a $ 999 documentation fee on top of it? Everyone knows that’s a junk fee and even if a deslership has one, the most it should only be is $ 200… not a good experience I’m not buying a car from them they are not honest.

I purchased a used vehicle from Infiniti Monday evening. The car had been traded in quite recently so it hadn’t gone through their typical detailing. I worked with Marcus Herrera, Sales Consultant and Jose Rosario, Financial Manager during the process. I had a time sensitive situation and they were able to work with me quite efficiently. There were times when I’d have to wait a bit, but they make you extremely comfortable while you do; offering you complimentary beverages and food.
For us ladies, buying a vehicle definitely serves as an anxious process because we are often times taken advantage of. I had been to a handful of dealerships prior to Infiniti and did not receive near the customer service I did at Infiniti, I believe because I just wouldn’t fall for the okey doke that the tag teaming sales reps were trying to pull. I didn’t go through any of that at Infiniti. Marcus was transparent and I never felt like I was being misled or being oversold. I believe I received more than fair deal on the used vehicle I purchased. They offered me a loaner during the downtime of the detailing that needed to be completed. I was quite impressed and very grateful that Marcus came in on his day off to make sure the final process was completed within my time frame.
Finally, Jose patiently dealt with my indecisive neurosis when it came to warranties and didn’t make me feel guilty when I changed my mind on one and he had to redraw the contract.
When you are accruing thousands of dollars of debt, the last thing you want to feel is buyers remorse. You won’t feel that at Infinity. Everyone is friendly and accommodating and you feel confident about your purchase. I’d definitely go to Infiniti again.

They give car dealers a bad name. Had a deal agreed in email writing. They kept me three hours in dealer to up the payment $ 100 plus a month and then basically told me to get lost when I complained. Awful. Never ever buy there

This is the second vehicle we’ve bought from Infiniti of Coconut Creek. We love the car, it’s just the right size and has the perfect handling and performance we got used to. The dealership got completely renovated and looks very professional, where each salesman has their own office.
Also, since we were servicing our previous Infiniti there, we can wholeheartedly recommend the service department. They always took care of us very nicely and showed they truly cared about the vehicle and its overall condition.

My husband turned in our leased vehicle and drove away with the perfect SUV we were looking for. Ralph was great in sales. Glad I stayed with Infiniti of Coconut Creek!

This has been going on for a while with them! I went into IOCC on 8÷30÷2015 as I had been lured in to trade in my lease early by Gabriel Carrasco. I was promised IOCC would pay off the Unsatisfied Contract Obligation, Excess Mileage, and the Disposition Fee. Perfect, this sounded great! Until the only paid the Unsatisfied Contract Obligation. Upon signing the special conditions of sale IOCC specified they would pay off the Lease Remaining Payment of $ 2,325.72 and they were not responsible for any wear and tear on excess mileage, stating that when I received the End of Lease Liability Statement, they would pay the remaining balance for the Disposition Fee and the Excess Mileage Charge. I did pay my obligation for the excess wear and use due to excess mileage. After providing Gabriel Carrasco with the End of Lease Liability Statement, he responded that he had received it and was calling Infiniti Financial Services to have those two items taken care of. I had emailed him back and fourth several times all leading me to believe he was working on the bill. Finally I called in and he stated it was taken care of and to come in as I was looking at acquiring another vehicle. Several weeks went by and finally I was able to schedule and appointment to come in to the dealership. Coincidentally that week I received a letter from Vital Recovery Services, a collection agency and upon checking my credit score had dropped 100+ points due nonpayment of this account. I had then gone into the dealership to speak to David Fox to which he stated that because it was not listed in the special conditions of sale that he didn’t care. Gabriel specifically swindled me upon purchase as he stated that he could not put into the special conditions of sale because the did not know if I would be charged and the exact amounts. I ended up paying out of my pocket an additional 1259.95. David Fox refused to inquire directly with Gabriel to confront him about this matter and told me I was incorrect on the terms as they never promised this at least in writing. I had my friend with me and the sales manager in the room at the time all witness to the terms of the sale. I have several emails with Gabriel eluding to the fact that he is working on it. Even requesting I resend the End of Lease Liability Statement as he did not receive the first time. He shook my hand and verbally reaffirmed upon leaving that IOCC would take care of these three outstanding charges. IOCC failed to comply on their promise and I am now out of pocket $ 1259.95, which was the reason I turned in the vehicle in the first place! To avoid excess mileage and disposition fees.

Great place! They don’t waste time and they go straight to business and will have you out of the door in a short time. Michael U. Was my salesman, young guy, energetic and motivated and of course professional. He wasted no time and started talking numbers right away, no beating around the bush. Got the car I wanted at the price I wanted… Highly recommended dealership!!!

Went to look in at a CPO car I saw on their website. When I talked to the salesman (Gabriel) about the total price of the vehicle, he gives me some BS about how its not actually CPO’d yet, and that I have to pay a thousand dollars on top of the current price if I want it to be CPO. Apparently it was «Certified ready» but not actually certified yet. False advertising or dealer tricks, I’m not sure, however I am definitely staying away!

Let me start by saying this review is for the Service department, not sales.
I have owned a few brands of cars and I will say the service here at Infiniti of Coconut creek is by far the best I’ve experienced! Setting an appointment is super easy and they always have availability pretty much whenever I need. They always have a nice CLEAN loaner for me and I’m in and out within a few minutes. They keep me informed on what needs to be done, but are not pushy at all in up selling me more services.
Although I usually get a loaner the times I have waited for the car I found they have a great waiting area with tons of free snacks. They have soda, popcorn for kids even little sandwiches all for free while you wait for service. Even their complimentary car wash is very good, most dealers just run it through an auto was and don’t even bother to dry it or clean the inside. Infiniti of Coconut creek does a GREAT car wash inside and out!
If you have an Infiniti I would definitely recommend getting it serviced here!

I take my hat off to this dealership. I was treated as if I was an extremely valuable client from the time I expressed interest in buying (online chat) to the time I left in my new car.
Andre in online sales worked hard to get the deal done as did Goldbert (Sales Person).
Goldbert took great care in taking us through the entire process professionally and swiftly.
Finance manager also had us in and out quicker than I have experience in any past vehicle transactions!
Definitely a great start to a possibly long relationship with Infiniti and even though Coconut Creek was not the closest to us, they are 100% our choice of dealership moving forward!

What had started off so right turned south so fast… I was completely blindsided when my entire gameplay took and unexpected 180 degree turn and there was no middle ground; it was moving 200 MPH and then a sudden brick wall stopped me in my tracks.
So here it was happened…
I’ve had my car for years and anyone that really knows me, knows I love «Betsy» but my relationship with «Betsy» was coming to an end I began to search for a replacement vehicle… one that can handle many highway miles and still handle well in city streets, all while giving me a luxurious ride and extras.
One of the SIX manufacturers I was considering was Infiniti and nearing the end of my search when I had a chance to allow my OCD to take over and over-​analyze all the extras, options, prices, rides, et cetera… I even considered the sales team in regard to high pressure tactics (which we all despise) and what perks are available during warranty work and whether they offer car washes. At the end of the day, it came down easily to Infiniti and Lexus…
My only dilemma was I did have to sell my car prior to making a deal and that was explained to my salesman (who happened to be curious and very helpful)… I explained to him I would be ready to move forward in 2 – 6 weeks… A bit more time passed that I hoped for but I did sell my other car and I decided to move forward with Infiniti with a Q50 purchase but the only change since my last visit was I wanted used 6 months up to 18 months old (because of the excessive miles I drive and used cars come with 100,000 mile warranties). I checked the website and they had at least FOUR that would suffice all my needs.
We arrive at the dealership READY TO MAKE A DEAL ON THE SPOT… even had a big wad of cash in-​hand (well, in my pocket). My salesman from weeks earlier was tied up and passed us off to his counter-​part… before leaving me he asked what my needs were and he said we are in luck because they have a few of just what I’m looking for (I already knew that since all the cars are posted online).
The new salesman brought us out to see the cars and kept showing me older models (G series… but I only wanted a Q series which are the newer ones)… I explained THREE times I don’t have an interest in the G series but my efforts were futile and he then moved toward pushing to buy «new» and AGAIN I explained I want the Certified Used with 100,000 mile warranty… then he moved to «new» with an «Extended Warranty»…
Then I finally just was blunt and said «Do you have any Certified Used 2015 or 2014 Q50 models that I saw on the website»? ?? Very casually he said «No, but I can get you into a new model».
I said thanks for your time but I’m going to make other arrangements… Truth be told: I went next door and made a purchase from JM Lexus.
I ended up with one of those typical dealership follow up emails from Infiniti and it prompted me to send an email to the TWO salesmen I worked with that they should be aware they lost an easy sale with me because of a website that is not up-​to-​date OR is possibly using «bait and switch» tactics (hopefully not the later).
Regardless of my sales experience, they do offer a fabulous car but I wish the process went a lot smoother…

Excellent service, the team in the service department are great, especially Dan. I always bring my wife’s QX to These guys because it no nonsense. The waiting room is nice and if I need a loaner it’s always available. We have purchased and service 2 QX56 here

I’d tried a few service advisors and they had been just ok — nothing amazing. I went in for an oil change on my fx35 on a whim and was greeted kindly by Casey as I walked in. He was coirteous, helpful, professional and made me feel instantly comfortable. I walked out in a loaner (QX60) so I could run errands for a few hours while they serviced the vehicle. Best part about Infiniti is that you’ll always get an Infiniti loaner — unlike BMW which gave me whatever junker they had from the enterprise (or hertz?!?) dealer on-​site. Anyway, long story short, I ended up loving the QX60 and wanted to inquire about purchasing one — called Casey, he put me in touch with Marcus on the sales side who was EQUALLY awesome. A new QX60 wasn’t in the cards for me that day — BUT — my next car WILL be purchased from Marcus and I will ALWAYS schedule service with Casey!!!

I never have an issue. Both Mike Stevens (salesman) and Dan (service dept.) are fantastic. The review is short and great because they are always great, professional, and done quickly!

I leased a car here.
When I went in for service a guy named Steve Fisher took care of me.
He was immediately sarcastic and unprofessional.
He not only did not offer me specials on oil change,
He tried to hit me up for a 500 dollar tuneup.
Pushed it hard on a new lease.
I walked out.
How they can employ someone like him is shocking.
Avoid Steve Fisher at all costs. He’s horrendous.

Infiniti of coconut creek is a great place to get your new car. With a great cars, a friendly sales team, and fair prices (if you negotiate), you just can’t go wrong here. Did I mention that you get free car washes for life when you buy a new Infiniti here?
I came to Infiniti to buy (lease) a new car for my girlfriend. I got such a great deal I was back a week later to buy (lease) another car for myself. My gf got a new Q50 at a great price and I got a new Q70L at a great price too. Be advised that you must negotiate to get the best deal here but once you have your deal done these guys are very fair and honest. I would push for about 5% — 10% off MSRP but you can do a little better in certain cars at certain times depending on promotions etc.
I should also mention that the service here is excellent. I had a small issue with my new car (alignment) they care if it quickly and at no charge. They also washed my car for free and offered me a loaner (but I decided to wait for it).
This brings me to one of the best perks for buying car here at Coconut creek Infiniti. If you buy a car here, you get free car washes for life. That’s right, you can come as many times as you like and get your car washed for free. They have a great snack bar with free coffee, soda, cookies etc. but you can also buy a great sandwich for a measly $ 5. They also have burgers, hot dogs and pizza. Translation… You can get a free car wash while having a quick lunch and enjoy all the amenities of the Infiniti customer lounge. To me this is a huge benefit and one I really take advantage of.
In summary, Infiniti of coconut creek has great cars, great deals (if you negotiate) and great benefits for being a customer. If you come here, ask for Dave in finance and tell him that Andrew D sent you. He’ll give you a square deal.
I really like these guys and that’s saying a lot for s car dealership, so I’m giving them 5 stars. They earned it!

In 2006 I bought my QX56 in IOCC it was a great experience and a wonderful buy.
Im from southwest miami and since then i keep my car’s maintenance and service with them due to then quality and professionalism they provide. Their facility is the most clean and welcoming you will ever see. The very knowledgeable service advisors, and in general up to the guy in the coffee shop (there is one that went up to new car Sales) are the best there are. I strongly recommend IOCC if you are going to buy and service.
