So they’ve got a gentleman running the store. Steven Priest. Treats his customers with class, remembers what fits them, their sizes, bring him in a special from online, he’ll match it no questions asked. Had a minor issue with a jacket I bought, took care of it no questions asked and promptly. Makes you aware of any opportunities to save money and really is just an enjoyable guy to have a conversation with. Steve is trying to earn long term customers, that’s all I can say when a man gives you the kind of one on one quality attention and respect that Steve and the Jos. A Bank store gives you! I’d consider myself a regular there and will continue to be.

Seriously this store needs a major rethink. It is in an extremely good location but their product is just not that good.
The buy one get seven free can only bring in so much business but if the seven free products along with the one you bought ain’t no good it ain’t gonna bring you back ever.
I think if they just got some quality products in the store the business would pick up tremendously.
