Norma Moseley-​Brown holds certification from the (AHIMA) American Health Information Management Association as a (RHIA) Registered Health Information Administrator.

She is also certified by the AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders) as a (CPC-​I) Certified Professional Coder– Instructor, and as a (CPC) Certified Professional Coder.

From the (NHA) National Healthcare Association (CHI) Certified Healthcare Instructor. Norma holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Information Management from the University of Alabama, Birmingham. She has instructed programs in Medical Insurance Billing and Coding, Medical Coding Specialist, Medical Office Administration, Diagnostic and procedural coding, Patient account management, Collections, Payment posting, Health Information Management and Release of Information, as well as other allied health courses. She is a member of AHIMA, FHIMA and the AAPC
