Uva Trattoria may be new to Coeur d’ Alene but our recipes have been passed down from generation to generation.
Family owned and family run, Chef Steve focuses on making our food from scratch, using only the freshest ingredients & utilizing organic and locally sourced products whenever possible.
The Uva wait staff are in front ensuring a pleasant time dinning with friendly, knowledgeable service people in a warm and inviting setting.

Established in 2014.
The family started the restaurant with 3 things in mind: fresh, homemade & value. After moving to the Lakeside location, their motto remains the same. Delicious food, made from scratch in a warm, comfortable environment.

Business Owner
Chef Steve arrives early every morning to start preparing for the day. Everything– from the sauces, dressings, meat balls, pizza dough to the tiramisu is made in house. It may take a little more work, but he wouldn’t run his kitchen any other way. His career has taken him from San Francisco to Coeur d’Alene (with a few stops in between). His experience ranges from corporate restaurants to family owned, personal chef to events caterer, fine dining to casual.
In each experience is the common thread– beautiful, flavorful food.
