Living Waterscapes is the Triad’s leading pond /​water feature construction business. We offer service and installation of ponds, waterfalls, streams, etc. In addition, we run a full retail store for pond supplies, fish, and plants. The outside of the store showcases a large gallery of 12 different ponds to view for an idea of what each water feature would look like in your yard.

History

Established in 1999.

The pond construction part of the business was started in 1999 by current owner, Joe Phagan. Working out of his home, he grew into one of the top pond installation companies in the US (as rated by Aquascape). In 2014, the business took another major growth as a retail store and gallery was opened across from the Piedmont Triad Farmers Market near Greensboro, NC. Additional expansion plans are in the works for the upcoming years.

Business Owner

Joe grew up in Kernersville, NC where an honest day’s work was expected. Loving nature and wanting to start a business, Joe started Living Waterscapes at the age of 23. Within 5 years his extensive training and artistic ability to create incredible natural water features propelled him to the ranks of top 50 water garden contractors in the nation as ranked by Aquascape Designs Inc. His belief in excellent customer service and superior employee training has led the company through an expansion of Living Waterscapes into the retail market with a new showroom and store.
