Meet the Business Owner
Pornnapa P.
Business Owner
Pornnapa Pongpornprot is a lifelong entrepreneur with a passion for Thai cuisine and the culinary arts. Originally from Bangkok, Pornnapa realized her passion is the culinary arts. She dedicated herself to learning traditional Thai cooking through advanced education programs at the Institute of Culinary Arts and the Rajamangala Institute of Technology. She also worked at Coca Holdings International, a Thai specialty foods manufacturer and exporter, and at its sister company, Mango Tree, an international restaurant chain with locations throughout SE Asia and Europe. Here Pornnapa learned the intricacies of the food service and restaurant business. Pornnapa immigrated to America in 2004 to seek a better life and education for her four daughters. She worked two and sometimes three jobs at once to save money so she could bring her 4 daughters to America. In 2007, after a three year separation, her daughters came from Bangkok to join their mom in America. In 2012 Pornnapa Became an American
