HORRIBLE. The technician that did my nails was so rude. I tried to change nail colors and he stated«hurry up and make up your mind». I did two different colors. When he went to put the top coat he mixed the white color into the pink. I told him about it and he just brushed it off. When I went to dry my nails the air from the dryer was so powerful it cause the paint to blow upwards. Horrible. Another lady did it over for me. Still horrible. I just left.

The absolute worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had in my life!!! Far starters, the technician didn’t introduce herself(the staff were generally rude and loud). She rushed through the pedicure which was painful(inflamed cuticles from overly aggressive pushing with the tool). She then asked if she could start my manicure while I was getting a paraffin wax on my feet. I was agreeable until she literally put a bowl of water in my lap to soak my nails. She then commenced to do my soak, cuticle trim and file my nails while STANDINGINPLACE!!! To top off a most lackluster experience, the base coat, color, and top coat were thick as molasses; they attempted to thin the polish to no avail. Needless to say, they did not dry properly(imagine the skin of a Shar Pei!!!). Moral of the story; I will never revisit this«spa»(and I use the term loosely) again, and if I could give them less than a star, I would!

I went to get a manicure with my friend who wanted to get a mani and pedi. She had just moved to the area and I was visiting. We thought that we would try this nail salon since it was very close to her apartment. I wanted to walk out the moment that I walked in, but did not leave because my friend really wanted to try this place. In this case, first impressions were quite true. This salon was not well kept. The polishes were poorly organized and not top of the line. It seemed that some of them are quite old. WhenI sat down at the manicure table, there was a dirty paper towel on top of the towel at the station. Another paper towel was put on top for my manicure. The place was empty and yet the nail tech completed my manicure so quickly that the nail polish didn’t even have time to set between layers. The drying table area was also poorly kept. It was dusty and dirty. My friend was not happy either. Her tech was also fast and unfriendly. I am writing this review so that others know better than to use this salon. Don’t go this this place. It is really awful. I just hope that I don’t end up with an infection. Consider yourself warned.

This place is disgusting. I have many friends who were concerned that when they go to nail shops, the technicians are talking bad about them. As a Vietnamese girl who frequents many different nail shops in the area(without revealing that I understand Vietnamese), I have never witnessed any back talk and have told my friends they have nothing to worry about. At least until today. I went into the shop with two of my girlfriends(one asian and one white), we were going to do the combo mani/pedi. We first started with pedicures. I know my feet needs a lot of work because I have been wearing sandals throughout the summer, but that was why I I was there. The man who they assigned to work on me never said hello. He started on my feet and shortly after repeatedly said«This girl has disgusting feet, it’s like a buffalo’s feet.» Then he proceeds to talk to the girl technician working on my asian friend and told her that my friend’s feet are huge, and that she is fat. They continued by talking about my white friend and said, «what’s wrong with her face? she looks so pale and fat, but at least she looks cute» The back talk continued as they worked on us. I felt disgusted and cancelled the manicure, so then they started talking more s*** about me. Then at the end when my white boyfriend came, I heard one of the technician saying, «how did this ugly girl get such a good looking guy?» Never have I been to such an unprofessional place. My nails turned out horrible because he painted on my skin and didn’t care to clean it. He barely scrubbed the palm of my feet. They charged me $ 25 for the pedi. The workers also tried to up-sell us, with salts and gel nails. They were super loud and obviously disrespectful. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I hope they learn to become better human beings and not such disgusting pigs.
