I too would give less stars if possible. The Home Warranty company for the house we just bought only uses them for appliance repairs. They purposely broke the filter to my washing machine so I would have to pay for a the repair to that part then they delayed ordering the part to the machine. I HAVE to take the buyout if I ever want a working washing machine because they refuse to come repair it. They left it plugged in a running/cycling for a week in my basement after they told me not to touch it. Lucky I found it (though I wish it would have been sooner) and I can’t believe it didn’t flood our septic system.

zero stars caused fire in my home after repair of my microwave. NOT recommended, scary doing business with a company like this. Lucky my house was not damaged anymore.

Why is there no option for zero stars?! They have no customer service, they dont return calls, they dont provide updates and i actually think they may be out of business as i called em today and their effin # is disconnected [301.441.1655]. Just tell your warranty provider to specifically NOT use these guys, if they are even still in business.

Every single review I have read is going to sound exactly like mine! Working Technical Fields is NOT WORKING! Was given this company through hhgregg warranty to fix my freezer that had built up ice in the bottom. they needed to order a part and it is four weeks later and I still don’t hear from them. I have to call them to find out that oh the part is in! Schedule an appointment and they never showed up. Now I am sitting here again waiting for the second scheduled appointment and it is 4:30 and no one is here! They schedule this huge window of time from 12 – 5 to come fix it and I sit here waiting and no one ever shows up! Needless to say I had to write a review to let others know about this place!

I would have given 0 stars, but that is not possible.
I bought a refrigerator from H.H. Greg in 2001, and I got the extended warranty. It recently started to leak when getting filtered water.
I had a service appointment scheduled with WorkingTechnical Fields (College Park, MD) one afternoon. They never showed up, and they never called.
This is just very bad business. I wouldn’t use this company for anything.
