I have used Mr Maimone for three property closings and I must say here is a Man you can trust with your life. He protects his clients to no end in one deal he found so many loop holes in the contract that no one else would ever take the time to find, it was amazing, so much so that at the closing the other sides Attorney could not stop praising Mr Maimone to the point he had to admit that he had learned so much from working with Mr Maimone. I recommend him to all My family and friends and always have them raving to me on how great he is after they use him in my eyes he’s the best and I would never use anyone else.

I don’t usually give 5 stars to any business, but Al and his associates went above and beyond the call of duty for my wife and I. My hoarder cousin died, and I was the executor. Al got one of his brothers to fix a cement sidewalk, and another brother to drive over to the NYC dept. of Housing and Preservation Queens office for us. My wife and I live over 800 miles away! These things were done to try and close sale on a 4 unit apt. bldg. that I had got into a contract of sale right after I inherited it. Al and I had the «tenants from hell» to deal with, and a buyer who, I believe, misled Al and I into thinking she would accept my bldg. with ALL the tenants still living there, even though she previously had said that she would not. Without going into all the details, Al kept in good communication (timely and at length, sometimes) with my wife and I over a 15 month period of delays. My buyer was a «no loan, cash buyer», so close of contract was supposed to happen in 30 to 45 days, and not 15 months! There were many phone calls and emails that took up Al’s time. My wife is a former legal secretary/​paralegal who used to do the billing for California attorneys, and we were very pleased with Al’s final billing amount for us. It was more than reasonable considering the amount of time (sometimes weekends!) Al spent on our real estate transaction. We believe that Al is an attorney with a heart, while being very professional at the same time. We would have Albert Maimone & Associates as our attorney again, if the opportunity arose.
