Freshness is king. Everything we do, we do from scratch– hand-cut fries, freshly ground and seasoned meats, fresh baked bread each and every day, and sauces all made in house (not using bottled sauce as a base). We’re bringing artisan back in a big way, and we’re counting on Aggieland to taste the difference! Try all of our sliders and sides and we’re sure you wont leave disappointed. Some of our biggest sellers are the venison chili cheese fries, the Lonestar bbq pulled pork slider, and our all natural sodas to boot (Boots natural sodas from Bellville).

Miller H.
Manager
Worked for Chef Tai from 2011 – 2013, where he was exposed to a vast array of culinary and restaurateur knowledge. His passion for the industry led him to Mickey Wood, a local entrepreneur who had recently sold his most successful company, Cellucor, located right here in the heart of downtown Bryan. Their partnership blossomed into the hippest new place in town, serving up freshness on a made to order basis.
