I have been searching and searching for a great hairstylist and I finally found her!!! I went in with photos and a description of how very low maintenance I wanted my hair to be. Brittany was AMAZING! Not only did she listen to me about what I wanted and what I was capable of recreating post-​salon, but she showed me an easy way to get volume and never pressured me into buying a bunch of products I didn’t need. She was absolutely fantastic and I am in love with my hair! I will definitely be back!

Kelsey K. knew exactly what to do. She explained that she too has fine hair and struggles with cuts and keeping hair healthy. We discussed my wants, she gave me honest answers about what would and would not work and showed me photos of what she had in mind. I love the instant visual on the ipad. After the cut and color we also discussed products. One week later I have to say BEST CUT AND COLOR EVER!!! Thanks Kelsey

Had a bad experience with a local Colleyville guy and went to this place for a much needed fix.
They put me with Skylar and BOY IS SHE AMAZING. Both personality and her work!
She exceeded my expectations on the «fix» and the price wasn’t outrageous as some salons will charge an arm and a leg for a «fix».
I have been to her 3 or 4 times since and her work is not only wonderful but very consistent which in this business is hard to find.
I’ll be her client for a long long time! :)

Went in for a last minute new growth touch up and Skylar helped me. I appreciate her help so much! Will def schedule my future appointment here. Their prices are reasonable and the service was excellent. Stylist was talking to me like I was her best friend which made me feel extra comfortable.

Elixir is an amazing spa with a helpful and friendly staff! I love the reflexology pedicure and the facials are very good for anti-​aging. If you haven’t tried the new stand up spray tan service, I would make an appointment, amazing results with color that lasts for 5 — 7 days and I don’t break out like I do with other products and spray tan lines. Amazing spa overall — client for 7 years!

This is the worst haricut I have ever gotten. I had an appointment with one of their «top» stylist, but when I arrived I was given to someone else. I had already waited a week to get this appointment with this sytlist. This other stylist knew nothing about cutting hair. It was awful. To be treated so badly, and told NO we changed you to someone else after waiting a week, and then not even letting me know, is inexcusable! I do not recommend this place at all!

Was referred by a friend and am very pleased. Love my hair! Kelsey did a great job. Love the Aveda products. Overall great experience! Wonderful customer service.

My Mom and I went for pedicures. Jennifer and Missy took good care of us, and we felt very pampered. Our toes look very pretty, and my experience made me feel a tiny bit prissy! (That’s a good thing!) The salon smelled good, and was very clean. The staff was great! I say, «just go, already!»

I’ve been a steady client at Elixir, and I am a major Aveda consumer, I rack up quite a few Pure Privlege points and unless I specifically going to the spa I usually go to the Aveda store in the mall when I get a freebie.
My April 21^st visit (my birthday) I found the mall store gone and I went to Elixir Spa to buy my products. I had 2 offers for double points, free purfume, and two free services to test out two new products.
I was treated so rudely by the girl at the counter there, I will never return to the spa, for ANYTHING. I told her I guess I needed to go to Northpark and she said: I guess you do.:
My favorite facialist, Emma, has left there anyway, but now I do not care to try anyone else.

My husband and I spent our anniversary here and the services were great. The staff is very professional and accommodating. We have been back several times since. The nail salon is terrific and massage services are fantastic!

I get my hair cut by Natalie. She’s one of the cheaper stylists at this salon but you’d never know it. She does a fantastic job and has a great personality. If you are looking for a stylist in the area, I encourage you to contact Natalie!

Me: Hi, my name is Christine and someone called me yesterday about a pedicure I received last week?
Really Dense Salon Girl: Huh?
Me: I received a pedicure last week and someone called me yesterday to ask me about it?
Really Dense Salon Girl: Hold on. [Background: Did someone call someone named Christine about… a pedicure?] Oh, okay, Shanna must’ve called you. She was just wanting to know how it went, if you were satisfied, you know, stuff like that.
Me: [Stifling a «No duh, I think I know the purpose of a call-​back.”] Well, can I speak to her or can I speak to you?
Really Dense Salon Girl: Well Shanna’s not here… you can call her back tomorrow, or just leave a message for her.
Me: …Can I just tell you?
Really Dense Salon Girl: Okay! How did it go?
Me: I’m glad you guys called because I wasn’t going to act like this was going to be a big deal or anything, but I received the absolute worst pedicure of my life. She hurt my cuticles and she over zealously filed my foot down until it drew blood. She seemed really apologetic and embarrassed, but I felt bad for her and tipped her anyways. But now I’m kind of pissed off since I’m a nurse and work 12 hour shifts on my feet all day. My foot hurts for several hours each time I work a shift since she filed a sore. And it still has not healed. Again, I’m not trying to get any money or whatever from you guys, but I’m only telling you guys since you asked.
Silence.
Me: Hello? *checks phone; we’re still connected. In fact, I can hear that we’re still connected* More silence. So I hung up.
About 20 minutes later, Really Dense Salon Girl called me back, apologized for the dropped call, and promised to relay my message to the manager who will «fix things.» To this day, I have not heard back.
The suckiest sucks that ever sucked. I’m going back to strip malls if I want a pedicure. Wasn’t worth the drive, wasn’t worth the wait (and my appointment was made a day in advance), and definitely was not worth $ 40 (YES I WAS STILL CHARGED). Plus a $ 6 tip. She’s still got implant payments to make, poor thang.

First I have only had massages there and cannot speak about any other services. With that said, I am not a connoisseur of day spas — but I have had more than a few massages now and will say Elixir is my favorite. The atmosphere is nice — seems nice and is always clean. Each masseuse has been great — listening to my needs and making my experience a good one. The cost is comparable to each other day spa I have been do so if you’re looking to save a buck — look elsewhere but if you want a good massage in a nice part of Colleyville, look no further.

This place is fantastic for a relaxing day at the spa. The environment is very soothing and interesting. In the waiting area there is a beautiful setup which makes you feel like you are in a remote location, though you are in the middle of suburbia. Each treatment room is decorated with a different theme, but are all classy and relaxing.
I have been multiple times under different circumstances and got a consistently professional & enjoyable experience. The best services were the pregnancy massage and girls day out (which I scheduled with my step mom). I have been to many spas and this is by far my favorite.
