Absolutely horrible place. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, the lack of any and all communication made an otherwise festive day a nightmare. The manager being«too busy» to talk to me was outrageous. No one could tell me when the food would arrive, this place clearly needs a class in customer service!

My son had the best time here for his birthday. Everything went great and all of the kids had so much fun. I was very pleased with all of the staff

I attend a birthday party here for my friend’s 12 year old. At first, things looked pretty good with the fun atmosphere, trampolines and other contraptions. The problem is the staff. Rules were blatantly disregarded by staff members which created an unsafe environment for the children and adults in the foam pit, dodge ball and main jump area. In fact, at the rope swing the attendant was not monitoring the pit as large children jumped and swung into the area while two small children were still trying to get out. Thankfully they were okay, but it could have ended differently. The problems with her party were also staff related. The pizza for the party was not ordered with Jet’s Pizza(they confirmed and then rushed an order over). No drinks were served, including the paid for Sierra Mist that was blamed on a mess up at Jet’s(again, not true). We repeatedly, as both family and friends of the party, had to ask for water, silverware, a lighter for the cake and utensils to serve the cake. The party partner that was included did not assist until numerous complaints. The management staff, Jared and Araceli, were of no help. They unwillingly gave a 10% discount and took the pizza off even though«it wasn’t their fault.» No apologies were made for the terrible service — just dumbfounded looks and apathy. According to the staff no corporate number exists, nor could we find one for a complaint. And the regional manager is leaving so we could not get that person’s name as he/she has given a two week notice. The only helpful person, was Peyton, who helped us with a lost jump bracelet, some water and did a great job from our vantage point at the Minions party next to us. I would not recommend this place to anyone for any occasion. Urban Air is a much better run establishment, if an alternative is needed.

So much fun! Kids and adults will love this place. Friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. They have a snack bar and bull riding. Don’t eat before taking on the bull!

Great fun for the price. The only downer is they charge extra to use anything other than the trampolines and dodgeball. Once you add that on, it’s basically the same price as Urban Air with the Groupon, however Urban Air is always way too crowded which is why we checked this place out. Beware kids 7 and younger are limited here unless they are with someone 12 and older. This place is very clean and even on the $ 10 Tuesday over Christmas break(add $ 3 if you want the fun zone activities) it was not over crowded. Glad we tried it and have a closer, cheaper alternative to Urban Air.

Fun activity for kids. Way better than most other options. Especially because this place is reasonably priced and they have a bunch of tables everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful and my kid had fun and got out a lot of energy. That’s how it should go!

We love this location! Not as crazy as the other trampoline place in the area. Always check groupon for great deals.

If you have a kid 4 or younger, you can pay $ 4 and your kid can jump and play all day long if they want. It’s an awesome deal and their workers are very kind and will play with the kids in the earthquake area, which is where kids 7 and under are allowed.

JumpStreet is a franchise that recently opened a site in Colleyville where the Borders Bookstore was on the corner of 26 and Hall Johnson, in the Market Street complex. The idea is an indoor play place for kids /teens /adults that has a variety of ‘stations’. This varies from place to place, but at the Colleyville Jumpstreet you have a two-hoop basketball area(not a court, but two free-throw lanes), a large dodgeball court(with lots of balls for throwing), a swing-rope into a pit of foam blocks, a springboard into that same pit of foam blocks, a large running /jumping area that consists of long trampoline-style runways, and a young kids area for those under the age of 7. The real bonus of this location is the mechanical bull. They didn’t have this on our first visit, but they did when we went this past weekend, and it’s a hoot. It’s not cheap, but it is fun for all ages. They charge by the hour and you get a color-coded wristband that lets you know when you’re done(or in need of paying more). There’s plenty of supervision and while the times we’ve been in there it hasn’t been crowded, calling ahead to see if there’s lines to do the various stations is a good idea. My 8 and 10 year old love the place and I can sit & read the paper while they burn off steam, so everybody wins.
