This store has absolutely everything. I visit here about once a week and mainly purchase ammo. They have a great selection and even better pricing. If they don’t have it in stock then they can have it shipped to you free of charge in 3 – 5 days.

Absolutely amazing. They had all the stuff like under armor, Nike, Adidas and much more. My dad even bought a $ 400 grill there. Much to choose from when you strap in to academy. Will shop here again.

The staff member spent 20 minutes helping me find the best mouth guard to fit my oddly tiny adult mouth. He could have easily shown me the aisle and walked away but he stayed and made sure I was able to find exactly what I needed.
I must have looked so confused because I really did not know what I needed. I would have been lost without his help. He was very patient with all my questions and I never felt rushed or like I was annoying him.

I like this place. It is laid out well, clean, the staff is friendly. You can find almost anything you need in a basic, active lifestyle. While some things seem overpriced, there is much to be had for a really good deal! The location is very convenient for most Collierville residents, which is good.

Wade“the rifleman” is awesome! Very helpful, when im around ill stop by for ammo. They even have 22lr most the time. But one time wade wasnt there and another salesman said all out. So i go walking looking around, another man comes an ask for 22ammo, damn salesman pulls out 2 bricks!!! So wrong but ill live.

These guys are not the sharpest tools in the drawer but they don’t give up till they make sure you get what you bought. I bought a high end smoker and when i got it home it was missing some parts. I went back and the wanted me to bring it back to exchange. I needed some nuts and bolts and I had seasoned it and all I needed was the parts. They offered solutions that at first were bogus. Bring the gril back and exchange or bring the grill back and the installers would fix it. The unit is about 300 lbs and we dont have a car that it would fit in. I stood my ground and finally I got a manager. He found the same grill in the back and together we got the parts I was missing. I am satisified but I hope the next customer dosent get the unit we took apart.

We had an incident that resulted in some of the best customer service I have ever had. We purchased an item as a gift. When we assembled it, key components were missing. But, 90% of the equipment was put together so taking it apart and returning it was not an option. We called the manufacturer and they said they would send out replacement parts, but the gift would not be complete on time. We went to the store and the manager promptly, and without any condescension apologized and offered to get the parts from another package immediately. There was no administrative hassle whatsoever. We assured him that we would bring the parts back ASAP so that the other package was complete for the next customer. It was wonderful to see a manager empowered to keep a customer happy and they definitely earned our loyalty.

If they don’t have it, you don’t need it… New location… Just opened this month. The service was pretty good and the staff seemed fairly knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I didn’t get what I was looking for but was able to order it on Amazon. Sorry guys, you should be carrying leg weights greater than five pounds. I did have a good time wandering around the store though. They do have just about anything you can need or want. Prices also seemed to be pretty reasonable. I’ll definitely be back.

But the staff is knowledgable, professional and the store has just about anything you’d want. If they don’t have it there, they’ll order it for you before you leave the store, no S/​H!!!
Good parking, other shops near as well as some eating establishments.
