Dawn Marie R.

Business Owner

Dawn Marie has been working in the beauty industry for over 20 years. She founded Richard&co.salon in November of 1999. Today she is still very excited to be in this industry, and continues to practice her craft behind the chair.

Her career started out in 1990 while she attended beauty school in the state of New Jersey. Shortly after becoming a licensed cosmetologist Dawn procured a position at a top salon as a stylist assistant. While assisting top stylists in the industry she learned that it was going to take a lot of work and capital to realize her dream of owning a Salon.

In 1993 Dawn yearned for business experience as it related to this industry and went to work for Regis Corp. Regis is the largest hair care company in the world. Dawn started as a salon manager and quickly moved up in the company to middle management. This position entailed quite a bit of traveling and afforded her the ability to receive extensive industry related education. Her training included a wide range of
