All I can say is that the Carrington sets the bar high. The apartments look great, my friends and family are always impressed. The staff is super friendly and I’ve yet to have a maintenance issue after almost a year. I would highly recommend.

I am in love with The Carrington at Schilling Farms. Perfect location — it’s convenient to everything in Collierville! Plus the interstate is less than 2 minutes away so you can jump on and go anywhere you need to go in the Memphis area. The management and maintenance staff is incredible and I have truly never been treated more kindly at an establishment than I have at The Carrington.
