What’s that saying — It is what it is? Is about all I can say about this local dive bar, well off the beaten path in a residential section of Collingdale. It’s by no means a destination, but if you’re in the area, it’s a descent place for cheap drinks, mostly PBR, Bud, Yuengling, and the like. Mostly sandwiches on the menu, I haven’t tried yet. Minus a star for the smoking & please don’t expect any microbrews or fancyfied cocktail BS. This here’s a workin’ mans’ pub.

I live down the street from this place and I really enjoy coming here. It doesn’t get too crowded and the drinks are really cheap. It is a smoking bar, so be prepared. They make great sandwiches, but the kitchen closes pretty early. The bartenders are always on point and nice, and the other patrons are friendly. They have shuffle bowling, pool, and darts, too. Check it out if you’re in the area and feel like hanging out at a gem if a dive bar.

If you are in the neighborhood and don’t mind smoke, this place isn’t bad. It also has cheap drinks.
A real local friendly crowd. It has pool, darts and shuffle bowl. I believe they also have a decent menu of food during the day.
If you live in the collingdale area and like the local dive bar atmosphere, this is the place for you!

Exactly what a neighborhood corner bar should be.
Highlights:
— Drinks are strong and Inexpensive
— Service is fast and friendly (even when busy)
— They allow smoking (good for some, not good for others, but nice to have that option)
— Great climate control! When it’s *HOT* outside, this bar is freezing cold and feel great. When it’s *COLD* outside, this bar is kept very warm — perfect!
— They serve right up until the last possible minute, 2 AM.
+ Pool table and bowling machine, if your so inclined.
+ Plenty of parking
They also have a kitchen with basic sandwhiches, etc — but I don’t believe it’s open at night, so I’ve never been able to try it.

This place is walkable from a friends house, making it the destination of many sloppy nights :)
It’s a smoking bar so be prepared to stink when you leave. This usually prompts us to leave our coats in the house rather than have them stink too.
Standard bar food but I’m never here early enough to try it. They have a great jukebox that I usually take over while the locals look at me like I’m nuts because I drunkingly put on Rhianna. Ah well. lol. They also have a pool table.
This is a solid neighborhood dive bar. It’s perfect for what it is and I always have a great time there.
