The Collinsville Area Recreation District (CARD) is a local branch of municipal government established through voter referendum in 1990 to over see park and recreation in Collinsville and parts of the surrounding areas. You don’t have to live in Collinsville to participate in CARD programs or visit CARD facilities; all are welcome at CARD.
