Had an appointment with Maxine Hines, appointment was scheduled at 7. Waited 45 minutes without actually getting to sit down with her. Pathetic customer service, not once did they bother explaining why the delay.

Worst experience ever. The staff was not knowledgeable about taxes, something you would assume they would know about. It took them TWO HOURS to figure out how to file my taxes. And after that, they still couldn’t figure out how to file my out of state taxes. It was so complicated that the woman told me to do it myself. Plus, the woman supposedly «assisting my taxes» had no idea how to read my tax information dealing with my university. She insisted that I explain the paperwork to her, the supposed professional. They were the most idiotic place I’ve ever gone to. Skip them and do it yourself. Better yet, go somewhere else.
