R&J Auto Body

My car was taken to R&J Auto Body shop after being in an auto accident. It was Blue Water towing company who happened to be at the scene. The driver was asking around who needed to be towed and chose me because my car had the worse damage. I of course needed to act quickly and get off the freeway, so I agreed. When we arrived at the shop blue water was conveniently located next door to R&J. I was skeptical about the whole thing. I was introduced to Larry who would be in charge of my paper work. I wasn’t sure about which auto body shop to have my car done so I called my insurance company. But Larry offered to repair my vehicle and ensured me that my vehicle would be in good hands and will look as good as new, he did offer me his help with my auto insurance issue I couldn’t refuse!
Larry was true to his word. He followed up with me every time he met with the insurance adjuster and filled me in about my car repairs. I also needed a nail removed out of my tire, Larry offered to fix my tire with no additional charge. After picking it up and driving for a couple of days I noticed my car was slightly not aligned, but Larry followed up with me before I could place a call back to him. After I told him he offered me to take it back to his shop so he could have it repaired. He assisted me with getting a rental car at the shop’s expense as he did not want me to wait for the amount of time it would take for the alignment to complete. I received my car back washed inside and out. It runs and looks like nothing ever happened.
I am very happy with my experience at R&J!

These Guys are professionals and honest and know what they’re doing. I don’t know what the other people are talking about but Mr. Larry the owner has integrity and stands behind his word. Thank you.
