A very unprofessional business. Over the course of two weeks, I called them three times to try to schedule an appointment to have my pool closed and each time they said they would call me back to set up a time, but they never did. When I called the third time to explain that I had called two previous time without anyone calling me back, there was no apologize for providing such poor service.
So finally I decided to call Gustafson Pools, Inc. instead and they were amazing. They scheduled me during that call, walked me through the three closing options they provide, and explained how everything would work. Gustafson Pools was 1000 times better than Four Seasons.
