I appreciate Daryll taking the time to sell us a serviceable range. Unfortunately, the bridge burner is not working correctly, but I have been in contact with Todd and he is doing a great job trying to get a better operating replacement. Only reason for the four stars is the technician who did the inspection should have caught the problem with the bridge burner as I have to be careful using cookware on the front burner since the bridge burner does not shut off. I noticed it gets very hot and you have to be careful, and we do not use it since I am concerned it could ruin the exterior of my new cookware. Therefore, it is best not to use this burner. Thanks Todd for doing the best you can and look forward to seeing what you can get for us.

Todd was extremely rude and pushy. Would not test the washer. Wouldn’t give us any facts. He seemed annoyed by my questions. No returns once you try it at home. 30 day warrantee? Not likely! Go next door and do a 90 day same as cash for a new unit! Don’t deal with horrible customer service.

Todd was awesome! Our dryer died in our rental and our management company was no help. He sent me pictures via email of used dryers that were in stock, set up a quick delivery date and took payment over phone. Dryer was set up with no problems at all! He helped make it completely stress free. Highly recommend!

Sam was very kind and helpful. He got us the best deals out there. They also delivered and set up our washer and dryer for us. So far no problems. They put all appliances under warranty for 1 year as well.
