Anderson Tree and Stump Removal

Horrible. They do NOT know the meaning of customer service. Our project which consisted of cutting down 4 trees and grinding the stumps and trimming some branches took FOUR months to complete. They came out and only did half the job then rescheduled but never showed up. Called the office numerous times to find out when they were next coming out and Donnie was clueless telling me she would have kyle call me — which he never did. Then he showed up one day when they weren’t scheduled to see what else needed to be done. Total cluster. Very ignorant of common banking procedures as well. Do NOT recommend them unless you want to be the one constantly calling trying to get them scheduled and not have them even apologize for the length of time to finish the job but the lack of communication either. Have NEVER worked with a more unprofessional company than this one.

Terrible customer service — the way that the gal talked to me was so rude. The estimate is also $ 20 higher than 2 other companies to remove just a stump! Will not be using them EVER!

Kyle and his team were wonderful to work with in helping me clear out 5 acres of burned ponderosa pines in Black Forest. He was patient and educated me during the emotional process of being a total loss fire victim in the 2013 Black Forest fire. He went above and beyond what any other contractor would have done and I’m very grateful. I highly recommend!

Unreliable and unprofessional. Not only did they not show up on time, but they never bothered to show at all. Furthermore, they didn’t have the common courtesy to provide notice of lateness (and no-​show) or offer apology. I would not recommend their services. There are others in the business that understand professionalism, common courtesy, and reliability. Seek those businesses and avoid Anderson.

I put off getting 2 very tall Aspen trees removed for a year because I assumed it would cost a fortune. I finally called around for estimates and Anderson Tree Removal was extremely affordable. Kyle and his employee were professional and friendly. One thing I liked is you do not have to be home for the estimate or when they remove the tree, so no need to take time off work. I would absolutely recommend this company. They left my backyard and driveway clean and tidy, no limbs or bark lying around. Thanks!
