Let me start by saying, I LOVE Arby’s! I haven’t had many problems or complaints. BUT, at this location and ONLY this location, I’ve run into problems. My first issue was how long it takes when going thru the drive thru,& the orders are messed up. So after doing that a few times, we almost gave up on them. We didn’t tho, and things went well for little while, and when they get it right, the food is worth the frustrations. BUT, we went this week, and the food wasn’t good enough this time. All of the sandwiches we got, were HORRIBLE! The buns were black! You could smell the burnt buns as soon as my son brought the bag in, after getting home from picking it up! Unfortunately, we got it at about 8pm, and don’t live super close to just run back over there. and complain in person(along with the stories of people putting extra stuff in people’s food after comparing. not saying anyone there would or did.) BUT, I tired to call, no answer, did the survey and complained, NEVER heard ANYTHING! So it’s looking like if we want Arbys, we’ll need to find a different location, which stinks, and definitely won’t be able to go often, because of the headache of having to go further away. So disappointed.
