I left Colorado 7 years ago without resolving my alcohol related case. Because of this, I had a bench warrant for my arrest and a nationwide hold on my license. This problem had been weighing pretty heavily on me for a long time. I had never had to deal with an attorney before and was honestly very intimidated by the whole ordeal.
Christian was recommended to me by a friend’s attorney out here in CA so I decided to shoot him an email. He really put me at ease about the whole process. About one week after agreeing to move forward he had quashed the warrant, thus enabling me to get my CA license. It happened so fast! He appeared in my place a few days ago for the final court date and managed to get the charge dropped to careless driving. This is not an alcohol charge at all. The final sentence was unsupervised probation and 30 hrs of community service… and that’s it! I never had to fly out there once and after 3 short months it is finished.
