Daniel Pitrone is a member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors (PPAR) and the NAR. His expertise is in home sales and purchases and he works for eXp Realty. Along with residential transactions, Daniel has assisted a few clients with commercial deals, he also has a strong background in property managment and investing. The goal of the client is #1, whether it’s helping a family buy or sell a home, or finding the next investment, Daniel is ready, willing and capable to assist. Before joining eXp, Daniel held various positions which gave him exposure to property managment, real estate investing, landscape design, plumbing, electrical, construction and other pertinent skills which have given him an edge in real estate. Daniel is an advocate of proactive service and feels that «doing it right the first time» is the only way to survive in this service oriented business. He was the 2013 Legislative Chair for the C/​S NARPM chapter. Daniel always tries to better himself and his community.
