First time getting a windshield replaced and it was a great experience because of this business. Called on a Friday and got in on Monday. done by lunch. Amazing detail and workmanship. This place is a gem and ill go here for any of my auto glass needs.

First of all, their customer service can’t be beat. Sandra is so helpful and kind. They were able to get me in asap and did everything as promised.
They are honest and do high quality work. I had to replace my front windshield after a chip turned into a crack. The price that they quoted me was much less than the place that my insurance company recommended and they stuck to that price, there weren’t any surprises at the end. I’m so thankful that everything was done right the first time. I will use Precise Auto Glass for all of my auto glass needs! Thanks for your awesome service!

I’m nothing but extremely satisfied with Precise Auto Glass as far as their work and customer service. I had to get my windshield replaced as it had multiple cracks in it, and it was time to finally get a new one. I had initially sent them a quote request via their website over the weekend, and they called me back on Monday to explain how much it would cost, but it would also vary if I was going through insurance.
Once I got things in order with my insurance company, I called them back to set up an appointment, and they gave me a time quote for when I could drive away. My appointment with them was first thing Monday morning, and they were happy to see me, treated me as if they had known me for some time, and even remembered my name. They told me that it’d be an hour and forty minutes to install and set, and that I was free to stay and use their wifi if I wanted, or they could drop me off at one of the nearby restaurants for breakfast.
I cannot recommend these guys enough, because they know how to treat customers, and get the job done.

I cant say enough great things about this company. They got me a great price and an appointment the following day right away in the morning. The price they quoted me at was almost 200 dollars less than the Subaru dealership to replace my quarter window. They had me in and out in just over a half hour and even started 15 minutes before they opened to get me out quicker. This company made a really annoying situation so much better. Thank you guys so much for the amazing service!!! I will recommend you to everyone I can.

I agree completely with the previous reviewer. I was referred by Black and White Auto Body. Great price, and fast, personal service. My car was burglarized, with two windows broken, on a day that I was leaving on a trip. They had the windows replaced, the broken glass vacuumed out, and the car ready to go in just a couple hours. 300 bucks, which I thought was pretty good for service that quick. I hope I don’t HAVE to used them again, but I would unhesitatingly do so. Highly recommended.

Chose Precise Auto Glass based on a recommendation from Elite Auto Salon and am so glad I did.
I called Safelite to compare prices and wasn’t impressed with their prices (about $ 40 more than Precise) or their service (my call went to an impersonal call center.)
But with Precise, on the other hand, I was able to speak to the owner, Mark, each time I called, and he made me feel like a valued client in every way. Upon arrival at the shop, I was pleasantly surprised to find the most comfortable and inviting waiting area I’ve ever seen in any type of auto repair shop. I felt like I was in a friend’s living room – everything was clean, the floor was carpeted, I had a living room-​style chair (complete with a foot stool!) to sit in and a Keurig with assorted coffees for me to choose from.
Both Mark and his wife were extremely personable and friendly, my service was fast and professional, and I couldn’t be happier with my car’s new windshield. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for my car’s glass needs!
