Do yourself a favor and do not use Prestige Services! My mistake for not checking the BBB prior to purchasing a groupon! When I did not agree to their up sale of $ 419.00 the tech FREAKED out and said she was not going to perform the service that I had purchased. I got out my cell phone and started calling the number on the invoice and she said she would do the service but was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I was asked to sign the invoice that said they were only performing the «basic» service which is what I purchased and they were not liable if I were to get sick or die because my vents were dirty.
When I called to speak to the owner it was 2:30 in the afternoon and the answering service answered and said the owner had already gone home for the day and would be back in at 9AM the next day. WOW!

I purchased a Groupon for these guys to clean my vents under the name Duct R Ours. I took off a day of work to meet with them and their technician called in sick. So when I had to reschedule, the customer service agent gave me attitude because I had to call back as my husband has a more flexible schedule. Yesterday they called to again move my appointment and I told them to check with my husband, they did not and argued with us that the appointment was confirmed. So my husband waited for them and when they showed up they told us that our house would be dusty if we used the Groupon and tried to charge us 10 $ per vent (Groupon was for unlimited vents) and after they «tallied up» their work they tried to charge my husband 670 $. He asked them to leave and thanked them for wasting his time.

Bought through a living social deal and the deal clearly states on the living social page that it included the main line, however I was charged $ 80 to clean the main line. I called the company and pretty much got the response of ‘I think you got a good deal’. Well it may have been a good deal but it was not what the living social website says was included. Living Social was great in taking care of me, AAAA Prestige Services, not so much. I would not recommend.

Con artists is the best way I can describe these guys. I purchased the deal through living social for the air duct cleaning for $ 49. The technicians came out, they were nice and personable, although one of them reeked of liquor. My first red flag was when they wanted to charge me an extra $ 100.00 just for the duct cleaning with additional charges such as difficult to access vents (on the ceiling? isn’t that where vents usually are? my ceiling isn’t high…) and a sanitizing service that I’m 90% sure was not even performed. They also recommended a furnace cleaning for another 100.00. I should have just sent them away at that point but in my life time is valuable, they were already there, I’ve already paid for the voucher, and since they seemed so good and trustworthy I just agreed to let them proceed. They proceeded, and I did not feel the need to follow them and check their work so my husband and I went about our daily lives. They were friendly, but one asked me to go clean off a vent for him while he worked on the ducts, which I found strange but I did so. Then less then 45 minutes later they told me they were done. I signed a form stating that they job was done and off they went. Something told me that something wasn’t right though, so I looked online to see how long a duct cleaning should take. 3 hours is the average for just a duct clean, not including a «sanitizing service» which again, I’m pretty sure they didn’t even perform. So I started taking vent covers off to check their work and lo and behold, there was ducts that had not been cleaned at all, they were filled with carpet bits and hair. There was even one vent cover that had been painted over and was still sealed, telling me that they hadn’t even taken the vent off. My husband then called them and left a message to advise them that the job had not been completed and asked them to call him back, but they did not ever attempt to call back. I would complain to their supervisor but I found out one of they guys who came out and the person we tried to call about the unfinished job is actually the owner of the company. I am sadly disappointed because they were such nice guys and could easily have a thriving business, ran in an honest way. Now, checking other online reviews I see I am not the only one who has been duped by them.
