Customer service is worse than Wal-​Mart. Very argumentative and was actually told it is not their job to bill us. Cammie also told me she didn’t have to listen to me and she would hang up the phone.

Customer service was terrible. Never available over the phone, they took days to get back with me for simple questions. Snow removal was never in reasonable time among other things…

Very Difficult to work with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGER! Manages our HOA (sort of). Does not send out Any sort of statement so when we were sent to collections over $ 125 which all of sudden turned into $ 650.00. I was a little shocked to say the least. After multiple attempts to speak with someone about the bill, I had ZERO response! Payment on their website is next to impossible because of steps required by mail to creat an account. Don’t be surprised to have nasty grams in your mail box concerning a stick out of place in your yard or because a random car is parked in front of your house over night. This group is quick to harass it’s community members but slow to act on any request. The office staff is unprofessional and rude, not willing to assist in any way with concerns about billing. Our entire street has issues with this company. I am not an avid review writer but in this instance, I felt it couldn’t go unnoticed. HORRIBLE HOA. Not sure how they continue to be in business.

We have owned our townhome in Ravencrest for appx 7 years and have been through quite a few management companies here. I must say that Priority Property Management is by far the superior choice in management. I noticed a review regarding the communication policy between the HOA’s management and renters here. It truly is not a problem like that whatsoever. All that is required is for the homeowner/​landlord to give written permission to the management company to correspond with their tenants. Very simple. The communication policy is such that it complies with the current laws-​every management company hired by HOAs is supposed to behave in this manner. I am very involved, attending many meetings, and I know that the management company encourages renters to attend these meetings as. In my humble opinion, anyone living or owning in an association or covenant community is better off with Priority Property Management as opposed to all of the other companies out there.
