I absolutely love them and I would highly recommend this place. The owner Heather is so professional and nice. She knows what she’s doing with her business with all three locations. I love that the north location is near my school and work and the east is close to my house so it’s really convenient. The prices aren’t bad, they cater to the military, the beds are always clean and updated, and they know their stuff. I miss a lot of the old staff. They always knew my name and gave good recommendations. The new girls are very professional, efficient, sweet, and knowledgable as well though.

By far the best tanning salon I have ever been too! The staff are always so polite and attentive. Heather is amazing. They know their stuff and can get you dark in no time. Excellent beds and products. Just a wonderful experience. I do not feel out of place no matter what location. I will never tan anywhere else again.

Well I had been a customer since 2009. But no more. Last year I purchased a deal for buy one get one free spray tan. I referred 2 of my friends who got a tan with me.(I have sent a lot of friends.)Heather told me they didn’t expire. So this year I came in to use it for a special event I had the next day. I had called the powers location to make an appointment with Heather the owner. She sprays the best. (Her daughter does not) I tried to book the powers location because it’s closer to me but I was told she wasn’t at that location the day I needed to be sprayed. I spoke to a gal named Melinda I believe. I asked her if I had my free tan still in the system. She said I should have it because they don’t expire. When I got to the salon (union location) Heather pulled up my account and told me the price. I was surprised and explained I had bought the Unilocal deal or Groupon deal (I couldn’t remember how I’d made the purchase) last year for buy one get one and it should be in the system. She immediately got annoyed with me and told me they NEVER had a buy one get one deal. She also said they didn’t have anyone named Melinda working there. There had been 3 of us in that day last year, so I asked her to check my girlfriend’s account in case it had been put on hers. She sighed and looked and said there was nothing. Then she asked me if I still wanted a tan. I said yes because my event was the next day. She quickly said I’ll give you the 20% off I’m offering right although she was irritated. I felt totally ripped off, but in a rock and a hard place. So I paid again for something I’d already paid for. As I was paying I noticed her adult daughter crying in the corner. I’ve noticed family drama here before but I have never said a word about it. On my way out after my tan, the daughter was screaming and cussing someone on her cell phone in the waiting room. Heather apologized and I was gracious about it. But I thought about the whole ordeal over the weekend and I won’t be back. I also told all my friends who I had referred about it. In fact, I called one of my girlfriends who had gotten the buy one get one deal last year and asked her if I was crazy. She said, no that IS the deal we had purchased.

This salon is amazing! There are always friendly faces behind the counter, the beds are clean, it is a wonderful environment! Hannah is absolutely wonderful! I get my airbrush tans from her and they always come out flawless! I love this salon! Wayyyyy better than tan your June!

Great place, friendly and personal or so I thought before tonight! Strongly considering Never going back after I use up the remainder of my tans.
If you say you close at 8PM you should lock your doors at 8PM. NOT fifteen minutes before, otherwise change your hours to say close at 7:45PM.
I hate to be the one to speak negatively but this Really just rubs me the wrong way to say the least.

I Walked up to find the door locked and not being let in when I arrived at 7:46PM, only to walk back to my car and sat there for a minute then I start driving away only to see the girl unlock the door and let some other girl in to tan At 7:52PM.
Why was she let in and not I? How pathetic! If your gonna lock the door, Lock it! I shouldn’t have been turned away only to watch someone else get let in. What a waste of time.
The salons hours are already pretty limited, as far as weekends go.
There are plenty more tanning salons in the area I just might have to take my business elsewhere!

Best in the Springs. Always greeted by name and with a smile. Friendly and clean. Beds are a little dated but the employees make up for that with their positive attitude

First of all I have to say since moving from AZ, I have tried so many salons for spray tans in the Springs and have never found a salon that gets me as dark as I like to be until I found Sassy Suntan. I made my appointment letting them know that I like to be sprayed very dark (I have olive skin) and to my amazement Heather did the most awesome job!!! I was VERY impressed!!! She not only sprayed me to the color I love, my spray tan has lasted through my Las Vegas vacation and for a week after. It also faded slowly and evenly-​no blotching whatsoever!!! Thank you Heather! As long as I live in the Springs I will be a loyal customer!

I am so disappointed with this tanning salon. The beds hardly pull any color and it seems like the bulbs are not changed on a regular basis. All you see all over the tanning room are signs telling you what NOT to do. Do not lay on the bed this way, do not close the bed like this… I went there to tan last night (a Thursday) and the doors were locked 15 minutes before closing and go figure there was a sign telling you that they take their last client 15 minutes prior to the closing time. For being a paying customer there sure are a lot of ‘rules’ at this facility. We just moved to town from Utah and the beds in this place seem outdated compared to the equipment on the market now.

After checking out other local tanning salons in close proximity to my home, I was relieved to discover this gem! This salon is exactly what I was searching for; friendly, affordable, knowledgeable, clean, high quality.
