Recently I got to see a house Swift Results put on the market after a rehab. Wow– The attention to details, the quality of work done, and the process to make sure it was a great home for someone was really amazing. They treated the house rehab process with the same pride and consideration as you’d expect someone to do for a family member! They treat their homes with pride of owndership. It would be almost impossible for someone to get their personal house as ready to sell as the homes they handle.

Lori Jake is an amazing women. She really takes pride in her houses to make sure they are the best when she is doing a rent to own. I refer a lot of clients over to Lori that can’t buy just yet and need a rent to own home. She is excellent in follow up as well. Very high in ethics and business practices.
