I’ve been using Tire World Downtown for several years to service both of my vehicles. I’m very happy with their level of service and their knowledgeable staff. I also shopped around around extensively for tires and their prices were right on track with the big discount shops and online services. I recommend them highly.

Tire World staff is friendly and attentive, and the facility is clean!!! Jobs turn around in the estimated amount of time. They always take good care of me so there is no reason to use anyone else.

So I got a flat tire in South Dakota while on vacation, the source being a construction-​grade staple. Got back to Colorado Springs and started hunting for a good tire replacement shop. I am so thankful for the reviews on Unilocal for the Tire World location off of Garden of the Gods because although they were swamped and couldn’t get me in quickly, they referred me to their location on Nevada which turned out to be just as great! I dropped my car off with Tire World on a Monday around 7:30 a.m. for a look-​see. They would either call me and let me know the tire was totaled and in need of replacement (and we all know how expensive THAT can be) or they would fix the original tire that suffered the flat. I gave them a call around noon to find out the status and the man who answered my call told me it was ready for pick-​up. Huh? Really? Yep, they repaired the tire and it would cost me a whopping $ 16.00. Sweeeeet! Another perk if you use Tire World is that while they are conveniently located downtown near the bus station and the Colorado Pioneers Museum, they have a shuttle that can take you where you need to go while you wait for your car. The shuttle service was very prompt and reliable. So, needless to say, I am a very happy customer, would definitely call on Tire World again, and I encourage my fellow Unilocalers to do the same. You won’t be dissatisfied.

The employees are friendly, prices are the best in town, and the full car service is outstanding. My window regulator broke and they got the parts needed and fixed it in 3 hours, while the jeep dealership estimated it would take at least a week.
