I thought this was going to be an amazing experience coming here because the staff seemed so knowledgable and were so kind,(and the store is very beautiful) but I was very wrong. From the beginning, there was information given to me by the store, that I was later told was incorrect after I already had made decisions. While it was my fault the timeframe I had available was short making flexibility not an option, a store not honoring their word given to a customer is very unprofessional and poor form in my opinion. At one point a staff member had granted me an extra day to return my tuxedo rental due to a bad snow storm leaving lots of ice on the roads. I was grateful because I don’t have the best car for ice. I found out the next day that she should not have extended my return an extra day and the store manager still charged me for that extra day. I tried to reason with him but they informed me that they were not going to budge despite acknowledging the incorrect information was given to me. The manager went as far as to say I «should never have requested an extra day off» and it was my fault. When I asked him then why didn’t they at least inform me the day before so I could make the trek without the penalty, he repeated it’s my fault and I should never have asked for an extension. I later met him in person and he seemed very kind and helpful but the culmination of these interactions really put me off. Most of the staff here are extremely kind, but everyone over numerous visits appeared to be very hesitant/tip-toe when it involved the store manager. I have never had such an unpleasant experience with a store manager before. If you can find your tux elsewhere, I’d recommend it or you might find yourself paying more than you expected and/or getting a product that you’re unhappy with and can’t do anything about it with the level of customer satisfaction that I was dealt.

Great place. Tons of colors to choose from and super easy to book and quick to get measured. Nice staff and understanding of our situation of all out of state groomsmen and ushers and all of our color changes we went through.
