If you are looking for an inspector to cause a house sale to go down in flames, look no further then Dana. Sure inspectors are supposed to find problems. However, they should not be making minor issues major and speaking outside their field of expertise. One inspection does not necessarily show a pattern. However, since I make money on home that sell, I don’t plan to see if it is.
