I had known Steve prior to buying my first house and was the only person I thought about using when it was time to get an inspection on me and my wife s first home. It was really easy to setup an appointment with Steve through his online scheduling system and the price could not be beat.
I showed up to the inspection a few minutes early and Steve was coming down off the roof which he had already inspected and taken some photos of after the serious hail storm we had that same week.
Once we got inside, Steve set up shop with his laptop and tools, ready to inspect. The thing that really stood out to me about Steve and his professionalism were the things every accessible outlet, all the appliances in the kitchen, and even dumping extra water in with the sump pump to confirm that it indeed, needed to be replaced.
Steve competed a thorough inspection report and delivered it in less than 24 hours. It had details on where things were, how to turn off water or power, etc. It even had images to go along with some of the things. I was more than pleased with Steve s work and would refer him to anyone needing an inspection.
