Best chicken ever, great customer service and you can tell they take pride in how clean they maintain the store.

Juan Pollo never gets old. From the juicy chicken to the best potato salad on the planet, this place is our go to for many family functions.

I love coming here for a quick meal to take home. We usually get the family meal deal with 2 chickens, beans, rice, potato salad, salsa, and tortillas. I crave their chicken all the time! We’re always in and out quickly, probably avoiding their rushes. Not a fan of the shopping center though. It’s pretty sketchy at night.

I’ve been eatting Juan Pollo for years! And this location isn’t the best. I love their chicken but I recently had a Party Pack order, one whole tray of the Potato Salad and a tray of the beans were completely spoiled!!! Not sure why, but I hope this doesn’t happen often.

Beware, they DONOT honor coupons that are specifically for their store. I have a fundraiser book with a buy one get one coupon and they said someone put it on their without their knowledge. I’ve worked at schools for 13 years, which is who sells these books and I’ve NEVER heard of a company not honoring one of these. In addition to that the guy said«well, we honor coupons but at OUR price. Of someone brings a coupon that says 13.99, we’ll give it to them but at OUR price of 15.49.» How does that even make sense? I called the owner and she told me the same thing; they don’t honor the coupon. Mind you, it says their specific store on it. What I’m sure happened is that they agreed to the coupon and changed their mind when they felt like they were losing money. As I walked out, the guy said«I’m not about to lose MY job over that.» Needless to say, I won’t be back. They seem very shady. Very shady.

If you have gone to other Juan Pollo locations, don’t go to this one. At this location the potato salad is nasty way different than the other locations. As well as the rice and chicken I had to spit it out. I can’t believe how horrible the food was. Always been a fan. But this location was horrible.

I love Juan Pollo. Mainly their potato salad now because I’ve been a vegetarian for 7years but this was my first time at this location. I’m from the Ontario area and every time I come in this place I order the taco meal sub beans for the chicken. Easy, right? Not here. He said I can’t change his menu and that he had no button for that. lmao. In my 7 years of going to Juan Pollo and ordering the taco meal sub beans I’ve never had this problem. He literally was not having it. I said you don’t need a button to sub beans. And if anything I’m saving you money by not getting chicken. He said I’ll do it this one time. I said that’s fine because I won’t ever come here again anyway. I did thank him though. And was polite as I could be. I just think this is a little ridiculous.

I needed a last minute meal to feed 15 and these guys stepped up big time! The food was amazing, especially the potato salad. Absolutely amazing!

Had a family event catered from this Juan Pollo, they delivered a tray of potato salad that was rotten and refused to refund the money not exchange it. Avoid them, there are plenty of other options in the area.

Not really thrilled with this place. First they get our bill wrong by five dollars and then I discover that their nachos are, «do it yourself». The kicker… how do they forget the cheese for nachos?

I could eat here daily, but I don’t. The employees are always friendly, and I always get the soft taco platter with small potato salad. Good prices and good food and again friendly employees

Very good chicken and the rice is to die for! I usually ask for double rice and have them hold the beans. I have eaten at this location many times as well as the location on 5th Street in San Bernardino and really enjoy their food. Fast and friendly service can’t be beat! Their prices for the lunch and dinner specials are reasonable considering how much quality food you receive.

Juan Pollo is superior to El Pollo Loco in every way. Their Lunch Special for $ 6.20 incl tax is a steal. They claim that you only get ¼ chicken, but frequently they give you ½ for the same price. And their Potato Salad is fantastic.

I found a healthier alternative for my parents who couldn’t do without their KFC every week. I believe their original concept of whole roasted chicken is really what they do best. I don’t get their tacos, burritos or quesadillas because I don’t think it’s their strength. What’s good is their roasted whole chickens, hot salsa, rice and their fifteen thousand calorie potato salad. If I buy for myself I get the 2 piece chicken lunch special with 2 breast pieces, corn tortillas and get Jamaica(Hibiscus flower tea) to drink. I only eat 1 breast piece and the 2nd I wrap up to take home. I generally get two meals out of the lunch. When I buy for my parents I get them the 2 whole chicken meals which come with salsa and a couple of sides. They like the pinto beans and potato salad. As I mentioned earlier the potato salad is rich, dense and has to be loaded with calories. My parents seem to love it. It’s a little too much for me. I never eat in at any of the locations because I’m always on the go and the table seating is not real comfortable. If you stick with what they do well you shouldn’t be disappointed. I like that this place has healthy options and offers real value for the buck.

I’ll admit this is the only Juan Pollo I’ve been to personally but I can each time I’ve come here it has been excellent! If you like cheap eats and eating healthy, they do a great job of both here. I love their whole chikens and their rice is just awesome! And unlike a lot of places, reheating their stuff does not come out greasy or blah like many things that get taken home and recooked.

I prefer dark meat! Hey, I’m talking about my Pollo. This Juan Pollo offers a lunch special — two drumsticks, one thigh, yummy potato salad, rice, tortillas, salsa and a medium drink. Everything was good as usual and portions of salad and rice were very generous. I usually get the other lunch special but it’s like half a chicken and it’s way to much food. If your looking for a good meal at reasonable pricing this is the place. On another note, they offer a great take out selection for catering of parties.

Pros: The chicken is perfect. The potato salad is awesome, as for the rice and beans, NASTY! There good at other locations But this particular location has a smoker on staff and somehow cigarette ashes seeps in to the beans and rice. There is one female worker who knows what she is doing but, she is usually chopping the chicken and making the tacos. They always have some My spacer young guy taking your order in between texting his homeies. The place smells like pine sol so I don’t recommend eating here. I recommend that you get the chicken to go and exchange the beans and rice for potato salad. This will make your meal a lot more satisfying

************************ I love Juan Pollo!******************************** Here, you will find some of the freshest char-broiled chicken around. The lunch special is awesome: 2 Pieces Chicken, Potato Salad, Rice, Salsa, Tortillas + a Drink. There are also Meal Specials if you want to divide and conquer with others. The potato salad, beans, and fresh salsa are delicious, as well as the warmed tortillas. If you are seeking a low-frills meal, this is the place. P. S., I’ve eaten at the Upland, San Bernardino, Corona and Colton establishments…(The Corona location is disgusting and smelled like dirty Lysol water-in fact there was a murky bucket, I thought I was goiing to throw up, just awaiting my order)
