Very interesting concept. I like it. When I pulled up I didn’t know what to expect. I was thinking how does it work? When I pulled up a man help me purchase which car wash wanted on this automated machine.(takes cash, cards even coins) I decided to get the 10 dollar deal. They do have full service and that is 14 dollars. I wanted to vacuum myself because I have 3 kids and it can get crazy in my car lol. You drive into the the actual car washer like a drive thru. It’s very colorful and did a great job cleaning my car. I’m going to bring my one year old next time it was fun lol
When it’s over you just pull into the vacuum center and start cleaning your car. They give you a rag to help you. I think it’s a great deal.
Next time now that I know what to expect I’m going to bring my own cleaning supplies to clean the inside of my car because they only give you a very slightly wet rag.
I don’t think older people will like this new kind of car wash. In fact I over heard an older man say he likes the old car wash better. I thought it was kinda fun. Customer service was on point too. Very nice people

This place is great. Great custoner service and lots of options for washs. The best part is they provide a shaded port with an air compressor and vaccum to do it your self and they have rags. So if your one of those people that take pride and keep your vechical clean. This place is perfect and cheap.

I enjoy coming to Sparkling clean Car Wash, Inc to get my cars washed. Service is always great and customer service is wonderful. I will recommend car wash to everyone.

We have come here three times now and each time, my SUV turns out great and my son loves watching the cars go through the car wash. Great service!

DISHONEST AND DOES NOT RESPECT THEIR LONG TIME CUSTOMERS

I’ve been using 100% Hand Wash (the previous name of this place) for years — I took my two cars here about once a week, and used the Blue Wash deal from Loma Linda University (I am a physician there and get a $ 3 discount with the little card). They would do a good hand wash, and a thorough drying. The attendant would get a decent tip and I would be on my way with a sparkling car.
However, the automatic wash that has replaced the former business is the complete opposite. They kept the same owner/​manager Mike, who now refuses to honor the Loma Linda card. I purchased ten of the blue wash cards about a week before the place shut down in April 2015 for renovation. When it reopened, they would honor the card with a bickering attitude, sometimes refusing to dry the vehicle (the blue wash included a premium wash and a hand dry). Today (8÷1÷2015) they flat out refused to honor the card. The manager told he would take the card from me and it would be good for a «free wash» — no detail, no upgrades. I paid for the premium wash with drying — how can they just take someone’s money and not perform the service? I ended up taking the card back — its pretty much useless now offering the cheap wash is an insult. I’ve been told from Loma Linda that the business has the money and that only they can offer a refund (which the manager at the carwash naturally stated was not true).
This is in contradiction to the current owner Mike (same guy as above) stating previously in May and June that despite the change in name of the business, he would honor these cards since Loma Linda no longer sells them, and I only had a finite supply to use up. Today he continues to flip flop and denies he ever said that. Bottom line — THIS PLACE TOOK MY MONEY AND REFUSED SERVICE. To me, that is flat out illegal. How has the Better Business Bureau not shut this place down?!
This place had me as a weekly customer. How much more reliable is that? Not anymore.
I urge all Loma Linda employees to avoid this business — they do not respect the terrific business the university has brought to them in the past, and the manager/​owner does not respect long time loyal customers.
