We first used Atlantic last year after we purchased a home with a pool. Kevin was very helpful with getting us unfamiliar with the operation of the pool and how to maintain it.
We again had Atlantic out to install a new sand filter on our pool tuis spring. They were quick to get out and install the new filter. After reviewing the install I was not pleased with the workmanship. Kevin came out and personally corrected every issue within a day.
Problems can occur with any project. It’s more important how the problems get resolved and Atlantic proved that they will step up and make things right. Thank you Kevin!

Just recently purchased a house in Franklin and the pool didn’t have a liner, as we were already in the middle of July I wanted this taken care of ASAP! I called a few places and they said it could take up to 4 weeks to get the liner then a couple of days for installation, Atlantic were the first to get out to the house and said 4 or 5 days to get liner and 1or 2 for installation, they kept their word and did a great job with the install, on top of that Kevin called back a few days later to check up and he discovered a leak in the pump, he took care of that problem even though it was unrelated to the liner and the pool has been great since.
Overall: Quick service, good workmanship, and going over and above to keep the customer happy!

My past experience with pool companies has been that you call, they call back, or not, and come sometime after that call. Atlantic Pools makes and appointment, more importantly, they keep it. I had cracked pool steps that had been repaired poorly. Even though Atlantic Pools does not service this kind of a repair they went out of their way to find someone who did, and, as it turned out, did it well.
I had a new pool liner installed by Atlantic Pools, the third since we built the pool. This is the first liner that had absolutely no wrinkles, absolutely a perfect install. After years of dealing with another local company and getting lack luster results I’ve discovered a company who knows what customer service means. Most pool companies offer the same basic service at the same basic price, what sets one apart from the other is customer service. That is what sets Atlantic Pools apart.
