History

Established in 2014.

Although BDP is new to Columbia, MO; the founder and owner has been in the business since the early 90’s in Florida. Where his company produced Disney Fairytale weddings as well as weddings and commercials for private parties. The company worked on projects for Disney Weddings, Medieval Times and Helicopter Tours of Florida just to name a few. The business was sold in 2009 to a good friend. And now the owner is reopening under the name Big Day Productions here in Columbia, MO and looks forward to serving Columbia and the surounding areas providing top quality video and photography.

I have been into video and photography since the early 90’s. It started as a hobby and before I knew it, it was my life and I was loving it :) Now I have a few years under my belt and I have developed a great passion for the job. I like to treat every customer as a close friend. After all, most of the time people are asking me to be a part of a special moment in there lives and to capture it for them so they can have it forever. The best thing about this life is watching my new friends as they see what I have done for them and how happy they are. I know I did my job when the tears of joy roll down their faces. That’s what this job is all about for me!
